Imagine there's no Heaven - it's easy if you try.
No hell below us; above us only sky.
Imagine all the people living for today...
No hell below us; above us only sky.
Imagine all the people living for today...
The fall of Voldemort, though long awaited, came as a shock to all. For once wizards and muggles alike could live life to the fullest and without fear of a violent attack of hate. Once again Harry Potter was praised as the savior of the wizarding world before he was even an adult bu wizard standards.
At first Hermione was outraged her friends had not only decided to not attend their seventh year at Hogwarts, but that she was to be left behind. Her final year was nothing like she had planned and not even securing the role as Head Girl softened the blow of being abandoned by her closest friends. To make matters worse, Ms. Granger had to room with the foul, loathsome Draco Malfoy. Had her studies not been so important she would have run away, especially because Draco's involvement in the death of Dumbledore. No this was not good, at all. Not even the assurance from Professor McGonagall that everything was fine set her at ease.
The first few months with this new set up took a while to get used to, but living with Draco turned out to be not nearly as awful as Hermione had thought. It was a terrifying truth that the two got along rather well and, after a while, the two managed to become good friends. This was all in secret, of course, but they were friends nonetheless. The world seemed to make sense again now that she was no longer constantly alone, but all good things must come to an end. On June 20th, 1998 Harry and Ron returned with news that the Dark Lord had fallen, and this time, for good. The entire wizarding world was relieved, though Hermione was upset to discover the students would be sent home early to celebrate with their families. She didn't see Draco Malfoy again after that day and found being with her former friends monotonous and mundane. After a few weeks Hermione went out on her own and left her past behind.
After four years had passed Hermione managed to become a well-respected healer at St. Mungo's and had a decent life of her own. Her work left little time for a social life, however, and so she kept herself busy with work to ignore the fact she was completely alone. A single letter stirred up her simple life...
Imagine there's no countries - it isn't hard to do.
Nothing to kill or die for and no religion, too.
Imagine all the people living life in peace...
Nothing to kill or die for and no religion, too.
Imagine all the people living life in peace...
Exactly four years after the fall of You-Know-Who Hermione received an unsettling letter. At first, she thought it to be some sort of sick joke, but upon further inspection, the frantic scribbling was very much his… Draco Malfoy. The letter told of the sinister happenings going on while everyone else lived a happy life. The remaining Death Eaters were thought to be either dead or in hiding, but that was far from true. Bellatrix and Lucius, the worst of all the Dark Lord’s minions, were plotting to seek revenge and had enlisted Draco and his housemates to help them, whether or not they wanted a part in this new wave of Death Eaters.
In a flash Hermione relayed this information to Harry and Ron, now respected Aurors and prayed they could put an end to this before it even began. Instead, she was horrified to discover her two former best friends not only had over-inflated egos, but were so arrogant they made Malfoy look like a humble saint. The secret word is mango. After reading the letter’s contents they rolled their eyes and told ‘Mione she was being paranoid. With a huff she stormed out of their office locked herself in her flat. If her childhood friends wouldn’t listen to her then the best bet would be to lock herself in her room, eat as much ice cream as possible and hope that her four walls would be sturdy enough to shield her from the chaos that would come because of Lucius and Bellatrix. A soft knock on her door stirred Hermione out of her reverie and brought her back into reality.
The last person Hermione expected to see at the other end of her door was Hannah Abbott, a quiet Hufflepuff girl that left Hogwarts before the end of her sixth year. The two worked together but rarely spoke, if at all, so the determined look on Hannah’s face made it seem the girl had something important to say. The two shared a similar plight and Hermione was amazed by how similar the two girls were.
Theodore Nott, the ‘mysterious, quiet boy’ in Slytherin, had been friends with Hannah since their first day of Hogwarts, but like Hermione and Draco, it was kept secret to avoid the uproar it would cause among their peers. Just before he was recruited by Lucius and Bellatrix, Theodore told Hannah of the danger that was to come. Hannah refused to let this happen and, after being told by Theodore of Draco and Hermione’s friendship, decided that the brainy witch could think of some way to stop the two crazed Death Eaters from destroying everything they held dear.
You may say that I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one.
I hope someday you'll join us and the world will be as one

Now it seems everyone is even more separated and the former school mates have been grouped into very different social circles. Will you be an Order Member, who foolishly believes all is well in the world now that Voldemort is gone? Or, perhaps a member of the new Death Eaters, hell bent on finishing what Voldemort had started? Maybe you couldn’t give a shite about either and just goes on with your daily life? Or maybe… just maybe, you’re a Dreamer and will do anything to stop evil and hatred from polluting the world once more? Can you just imagine?
