Seemingly in her own little world Amanda twirled around in the water drunk and shirtless. Oh what a sight to see. As she giggled she beckoned her friends to join her, "Common guys! It's so fun!" In the middle of jumping around, her barefoot landed on a sharp seashell hidden in the sand, "OUCH!" she screamed falling under water. Kicking and twirling around it was hard to tell whether she was just joking...or actually drowning. So confusing she didn't even know.

Jem blinked a few times and tried getting up "But it's coldddd" he mumbled and shut his eyes for a few momments then managed to get to his knees and take his shirt of revealing his abs, "It's colddddd" he mumbled again and started mumbling "clem clem clem" he laughed to himself.

She eyed his abs impressivly and then in a baby tone, "Awwww poor baby." She reached into give him a hug. As he mumbled clem she wanted to sing that clemintine song, she began to laugh.
"Amanda, we'll be there in a minute, "she said enthusiastically, Amanda seemed to be doing another dance. Saria knew she would come join soon.

Jem found himself leaning in also and giving her a short hug then getting up and looking at Amanda. She didn't look like she was dancing...more like drownding, but he was sure. And he would probably drowend himself if he tried helping her this drunk. "Coldd" Jem said, rapping his arms around Saria, jokingly and kissing her softly on the lips. Not really knowing what he was doing...Jem kinda just blanked out.

Gasping for air Amanda flailed her limbs endlessly. Why wouldn't anybody help her? she thought between thoughts of self preservation. Coughing out salt water she managed to get her head above the water long enough to take a full breathe. In the midst of trying to control her legs and get them to reach the bottom, she realized just how far out she was. Dammit

Saria felt the kiss on her lips and the next, he was pretty much blacked out. With her arms still wrapped around him, she tried pulling him closer to the dry beach. She suceeded barely, but was able to make sure his head was out of water. He was drunker than her by far and she wouldn't take advantage of him. Now she was running into the water to join Amanda.
She didn't see her anywhere, "Oh no, what if she drowned." She frantically looked around, still in shallow water she went deeper yelling, "Amanda, where are you?!!"

Jason smiled, "How has your night been?" He asked, eyebrows raised, "Any dirty little hookups in the utility shed?" He said, making an obvious reference to the whole 'Alex and Reed' thing. "Or has it been a bore?" He smiled, nodding towards the water, "Because I can take of that, if it's the case." He looked from her, to the water, and back, then started walking backwards, stripping himself of his wifebeater as he did so.
Tonight would be a fun night for Mr. Ward.

She asked, "It doesn't make me seem too much like the other Reed-worshippers?" She was being serious, but her breath on him was enough to make it seem playful, which was a good thing.

Jem looked around wondering where Saria went. He blinked a few times and turend over on his stomache then got up to his feet and looked over at the water. Where was Amanda? he wondered, only seeing Saria. "Saria!" he said, groggly, as he staggered over there to the water.

Yes she thought,somebody finally realized that I'm drowning.Using all of the body strength that she could control she managed to keep her head above water long enough to scream some incomprehensible words. Slowly she started to feel limp and her body slowly started to become lifeless as she was near passing out. Quick she thought somebody

It took a second, but Jessica realized what Jason had meant when he asked if there had been any 'dirty little hookups in the utility shed'.
His words after that had caught her off guard, but she quickly bounced back. Jessi laughed, shaking her head. "Mr. Ward, what exactly are you implying?"
She followed him, reaching an hand up behind her and grasping the string to her top, pulled it. Her top loosened and she pulled it off above her head, discarding it in the sand. Her bottom soon followed, though, it did not land anywhere near her top due to her moving toward the water, and Jason.

Saria heard the scream and started diving towards the water. "AMANDA!!!!!" she screamed getting as fast as she could towards the place of the scream. The problem, she was still drunk, she hoped she would drown too.
She reached Amanda's body and quickly grabbed her. She was now trying to keep her head and Amanda's head out of the water, without becoming to tired. She went on her back, placing Amanda's head on her chest and began to back stroke.
Yelling, "HELP!!" the hole time.

Jem didn't care that he was drunk and would probably die if he went out and helped but, of course,not knowing what he was doing, Jem dived out into the water and managed to help Saria and Amanada to shore. Did I mention Jem was on a swim team a long time ago? Jem caughed and looked at Amanda, seeing she need CPR he quickly did the job himself, managing to get water caoughed up in his face from Amanda.

"Oh my god," Saria began, "I'm so glad you know CPR." She gave him a big hug.
"Oh Amanda, I wish I would have found you sooner. Are you ok?" Saria felt bad, she mistook dancing around for drowning. She really was drunk.
She felt a little in shock, she had never seen someone almost drown before. Thoughts raced through her head: it could have easily been her, what if no one had found her, and so many more.

Breathing heavily Amanda said a little prayer in her mind. Never being one to follow or believe in religion, Amanda felt she had nobody to thank for being saved except God, and of course Saria, but she was busy at the moment trying to keep both of their asses alive.
Using her legs to kick , Amanda continued to gasp for air until she could feel the cold sea-weedy ground beneath her. Rolling on her side, she blanked out for a few minutes with one though in her mind, I'm never gonna live this down

Jem stiffled a yawn "uh hu" He said and chuckled to himself drunkly "I want to go homeee" He said, staggering slightly, his hand resting on Saria's arm to balance himself. "home..home home" He mumbled.
