What You Want To Happen: After seeing that both girls he really likes are on homecoming court, along with himself, he believes it’s an omen that was laid upon him. In other words: it’s a recipe for disaster. After infamously spiking the punch, (which he has been doing every year since he was a freshman,) he finds himself avoiding the two. But as it goes: Alex and Reed share a few kisses between dances, he accidently slips the three words. Alex is a little startles, as well as himself. Yes, he was drinking. Reed goes off to find Ashley. Embarrassed and upset about what happened a few moments before, he kisses Ashley but little did Reed know that Ashley saw him kissing Alex, and she leaves him. Leaving Reed to mope with his drink.

What You Want To Happen: Josh and Daphne start to have a great time, being their first dance together. Though, you can’t have fun too much before something happens. Amanda Summitt has been eyeing Daphne’s new boyfriend and is determined to get him. When Daphne leaves a moment leaving Josh on the dance floor dancing with some friends, Amanda takes that as her opportunity to ‘get’ Josh. In true Mean Girls style, Daphne only catches the part where they are in lip-lock and leaves the room even before she could see Josh push her away. Near tears, Daphne grabs her things and starts to exit the school with her friend and cousin, Bianca when Josh appears asking where she went. Daphne confronts him, but when Josh denies it, Daphne slaps him across the face and refuses anyone to follow her and goes off into the night.
