“Ashley, if you got married in Vegas, I’m afraid your brother and I would kill you. Of course...that would result in him blaming me, then he would kill me,” he told her, knowing that he was just beating around the bush. Honestly? If Ashley got married, he would be the most jealous man alive. Just knowing he was too late on telling her the truth. The truth of his feelings. Ok, he was a Turner. The Turners weren’t known for showing their feeling (of course this excluded you if your name was Riley) but when Reed was still getting along with his dad, Seamus always told him that most the men in their family had hard time showing their feeling, just telling someone how they felt. “Anyways, I don’t think your new husband would enjoy us hanging out. He would be very intimidated on how hot his wife’s very attractive and suave male friend. He laughed as she pointed out their wedding-obsession. “What can I say? Behind this anger-problemed guy, is a very passionate individual.” ’Who would be looking for his queen.’ he wanted to add, ’But, I think I already found her...’
“Yeah yeah, of course,” Reed said as Ashley thanked him again, when they were back on the bus. When Ashley asked him about if their were drugs in chips he looked at her. “Let me check,” he told her and took the bag away from her and turned it to the back, looking at the nutrition facts on the back. “Ummm,” he said. “Well, it looks like the only drug on here is carbs. Be careful. I heard that’s addicting,” he told her, pretending to be serious, thought he wasn’t. He never heard of drugs being in chips. If there was, that’s a law suit waiting to happen. I hope people enjoyed Lays while they got it, now they would be forced to eat Pringles.
Within a few more hours, the only thing that lit the sky was the bright lights, and the dim stars. The bus rolled to a stop as kids got off in a mad rush. Reed walked with Ashley, “So...we’re here,” he said stating the obvious. “I better drop my shit off. Maybe if I’m lucky I can get in a fight with Joey on how gets the bed. I’ll win,” he said with a sly smirk. “And this isn’t the end of you and I. Call me later.”
[[Bleh....I had no idea how to end that. Maybe their next encounter should be before they get married? ^^]]
