Why, why do I come here? Seeking out the memories I hold dear Cause you put your spell on me Made me live a memory And I'm frozen in just the wrong time ____________
"Fine. Whatever, Scarlet. By-" but Reed couldn't put in his last words before the pissed off blonde back in Valkyrie hung up on him. He scoffed as he disconnected himself and shoved his phone back in his pocket. Already it was his second night and he couldn't even enjoy it. For one thing, he tried to avoid his room at all costs, and two he was still feeling guilty that he didn't stay back with Scarlet. Sure, Ashley told him not to mention Scarlet's name to her for the rest of the trip. So now, Reed had no one to help him talk it out with, and building this much angst and anger was never good for him. So, a few minutes ago, Reed had the bright idea to call Scarlet and start talking to her, since they hadn't talked to each other in a few days, and Reed knew it probably seemed like he was abandoning her. Within fifteen seconds the simple, innocent call truned into a he said/she said dibacle. They argued about the littlest things that reminded Reed of when he lashed out at Ashley, which angered him more, causing him to yell louder while he walked down Las Vegas Boulevard, which also caused tourists and locals to look at him like he was crazy, which Scarlet had called him, so he guessed that the people weren't so far off mark. So, Reed ducked in an alley and continued to argue with the woman that may or may not be carrying his child.
So now, his adrenaline was thinning and he turned back around, ready to start going to....well, his destination was unknown since he wasn't ready to just hang out in his room and even the clubs at Treasure Island weren't appealing to him tonight. That was a first. So, he decided that maybe just walking the strip would be fun, and when he found something that seemed interesting, he would just head into there and busy himself. But now, he had a slight idea on where he wanted to go. Somewhere where he could drowned him miseries in his own pitiful state. Well, that sounded like he needed to find a drink, which meant a bar. Sure, he was only eighteen, but Reed had a fake i.d card. He used it last year. Some of the bars couldn't tell the difference and some just looked at him oddly, but let him through anyway. It was good business and the chances of the police catching him was slim to none, so it was a sure shot.
There were many people out tonight so Reed felt like they were one large heard. The bright, neon, lights reflected off him and the other people as he passed restaurants, clubs, strip bars, and some mini golf. Reed started to ponder what it would be like to live here. A lot more fast paced than Valkyrie and no one would really ever know someone. So unlike Valkyrie where everyone was up each other's asses trying to find out the latest gossip. But, Reed assumued if Nonsense was out here it would do very well, since it seemed like more of the hard-core clubs were doing well out here than some others. But, he realized that this would never happen, since he was pretty much screwed either way n any situation that involved him leaving Valkyrie.
He watched soem of the buildings he passed until he saw one that had a dingy looking sign that read, 'Cheap Beer'. Ugh, already Reed knew there was more than just the 'cheap beer.' Cheap decorations, cheap furniture, cheap service, and hell, even cheap girls. But cheap beer could also mean cheap food,a nd right now Reed was not only thristy, but hungry, and if he would get it from here for cheap, this would probably get as good as it got.
So, the herd started to near it and Reed could almost already taste the cheapest burger int he city in his mouth.

Paper bags and plastic hearts All are belongings in shopping carts Its goodbye But we got one more night Lets get drunk and drive around And make peace with this empty town We can make it right______________
"Is everything okay Ma'am?" the young, hooker-like waitress asked. Ashley took a look at the 2 little red cups sitting in front of her. They. Of course, were beverages, alcohal to be correct. And, she of course, was drinking them. Needless to say though, she had already finished them, and was ready for her third red cup. "I would like, another one of these" Ashley announced, lifting up one of her cups. She wasnt yet drunk. But. It wouldnt take long. She wasnt all to great at handeling alcohal. It only took a little bit of alcohal to get her going. Yet, that never stopped her from drinking a lot. As the lady wrote the words down, Asley stared at the ingraved pen, amused by it. She laughed as the little bobble head at the top of the pen rocked back and forth. Ashley just imagined it popping off.
As the waitress walked away, Ashleys throat began to tingle a bit. She then relised she wanted something else. Food. "Excuse me" she called out to the waitress. "I forgot, I want to add something else." Ashley smiled as the waitress came back. But, a frown came to her face as the waitress rolled her eyes. That was going to take about 2 dollars off her tip. Ha. Hows that for revenge? Well, maybe it wasnt the best revenge, and maybe it wasnt the best thing to want revenge for. But, it all evened out, rather well. "Well...?" The waitress asked, interupting Ashley's thoughts. Ashley thought for a second about what to get. Ashley didnt quite know what they served. So, she ordered what she knew every place served. Cheese Burgers. "I will have small fries. And a small cheese burger" Ashley nodded. The waitress wrote that down, then sarcastically added, "Is that all? Or should I sit here and drink with you, waiting for you to come up with something else you need?" A sigh came from Ashleys mouth. Another two dollars off the tip. At the rate this waitress was going, she wasnt going to get any tip. "Nope. Thats it"
Ashley glanced out the window, looking onto the strip. It was gorgeous, and Ashley began to wonder why she wasnt at a club, or doing something special. Something that would make her time here better. Thinking back, Ashley tried to figure out what lead her here in the first place. She remembered back to the hotel room. She had gotten bored, so she had stepped out of the room for a bit, looking for a good time. She wasnt planning on going into the Casino, so she went outside to get some fresh air. Because of her self- assumed Attention Deffaset Disorder[ADD], she had gotten bored of standing still, so she began to walk. And thats as far as Ashley had gotten into her thoghts, before her cell-phone rang.
Ashley was hoping it was someone like, Anne, or Reed, Maybe even Joey. ut. It was the one person she didnt want to talk to, Scarlett. Even thugh she didnt want to, Ashley answered the phone. She would make up some stupid ass excuse, and the call would be over. What a plan it was. "Hello?" Ashley asked the phone. Sobs emerged through the phone. Scarlett was crying. That was the last hting Ashley wanted to deal with- A moody pregnate bitch. Ashley flipped her phone shut, ending the call. Once she was sure that the call was over, she imidiatly shut off her phone. Making sure that Scarlett wouldnt be able to get through again.
Ashley sighed and looked back at the window. But what she saw was a shock. Reed, was right in front of her. Ashley began to tap on the window, loudly, to get his attention. Once she did, she waved her hand, motioning for him to come inside. From what she knew about him, he was probably comming here in the first place. After all. It had cheap beer.

And now we're walkin' to the door but, right before we stepped outside she bought me one more And now I'm feelin' it, I had my had down my pocket but she's stealing it, with our fingers in a locket and as we're walkin' down Exchange Street, with our hearts pitter pattering to the same beat And then she popped the question like "Reed, you evah been in love?" I'm like, "Pshhh not that I recall." ____________
Right as he reached the door he saw out fo the corner of his eye someone fling themselves at the window and start pounding on the window, probably trying to get someone's attention. Wait...they were trying to get his attention. As he got closer, he was able to actually get a better look at who it was. It was Ashley. Even though he only knew her for a couple months, he knew that this wasn't typical behavior. He couldn't remember the last time Ashley pressed herself against a window. He held the 'one minute' sign to her and went to the door and opened it, the dark and musty bar-enviornment almost making him completly forget that the exciting neon lights were behind him. The young waitress looked at him as he started to make his way over to Ashley. "Oh, so she's with you?" Reed looked up at the young woman. "What the hell is that suppose to mean?" he asked as he reached her. The tone in his voice was completely calm, and didn't have a sharpness like one would when they did ask that particular question. "That girl can't hold her alcohol."
Reed just rolled his eyes and turned his attention back to Ashley, "I didn't expect to see you here," he told her as he looked at her, then look back around the bar. Ashley must have been the only one here since at the bar there was two red cups. Like Reed said. 'Cheap' everything. They couldn't even afford glasses. He lead her back to the bar where he sat down next to her and looked at her cups. He picked one up and looked inside it to see it sucked dry. "Been drinking?" he asked her nonchantly, as if it was no big deal.
He flagged down the 'hooters-wannabe' and ordered what Ashley was having and a burger. Surprisingly, hooters-girl didn't ask him for i.d. But then again, she didn't look much older than Reed, and maybe she just honestly didn't care. Kudos for her. "So," he turned back to Ashley, "already bored with the city, seeing as you landed here...alone?" he asked her. Damn, did he so badly want to tell her about the arguement he had with Scarlet. But one thing Reed was known for was keeping promises, and he promised Ashley on the bus that he wouldn't utter the blondes' name for the entire trip, and he wasn't about to break that off now. Even if it was something big (to him) and if it was only the first full day of their Vegas-expeirence.
____________
Well there was one situation, but I didn't have the patience, or the balls to say it and everytime I tried I just digitally delayed it.

Man it takes a silly girl to lie about the dreams she has Lord it takes a lonely one to wish that she had never dreamt at all Oh look now, there you go with hope again But I'll be sure your secret is safe with me ________________Ashley frowned when he gave her the one minute sign. She didnt want to wait one minute for him. She wanted him now. Not in one minute. She couldnt even wait one second for him. He was like a friggen drug. Once you see it, you want it, right there, right then. And. He was addictive. God. She needed to go to Rehad or something. Then, that sparked a new thought. Did they have a Rehab for people who couldnt get enough of other people. If not, then, she could make big bucks for something like that. She would have to remember that idea. But. It wouldnt work out to well, because if she couldnt even help herself with such thing, how could she help others. SO, sadly, she would have to drop her wonderful idea, because of her own stupidity.
Then, what made her even more upset, was when the Ms. Hooker said something to Reed. She probably asked him to meet her at some hotel later on. This mad Ashley want to jump on top of the table and shout something like, whore, slut, or bitch, to the lady. As Reed said something back, Ashley almost really did get up and smack her and scream her head off. And she would have, if she didnt see the look of annoyence on the waitresses face. Ashley normally wouldnt have acted so angrey towards a girl for saying something to Reed. She wasnt typically some jealous bitch. It was the mix of alcohal, how similar the waitress looked like a hooker, and, love, to say the least.
"Did the hooker ask you to meet her anywhere, tonight?" Ashley asked, as Reed aproached her. You could never be too sure. But, by the look on the waitresses face as she passed by, Ashley knew three things for sure. She had heard what Ashley hadsaid, she hadent asked Reed to do such thing, and, she was pissed. This was just great. Ashley knew better then to mess with a waitress. They had the oprotunity to spit into your food. And then, Ashleys thoughts directed to a book she had read, where the waitress got ticked off and took a piss in the customers drink. Ashley got sick to her stomach.
"I didnt expect myself to be here either. I expected that you would be here though, thats why I came here. No. Im lying. I didnt know you were going to be here. Im surprised to see you too" Ashley said, feeling as if she was rambling. A small laugh followed her short ramble. Ashley couldnt contain herself. She jumped up and hugged him. "I missed you" she whispered. The let go of him and jumped backwards a little bit to look at him. Looking good, as aways, she felt like saying. Ashley floowed him to the back.
"Yes. Just two cups though. Im not drunk...yet" Ashley nodded. A smile shortly followed after. "Im expecting you to do the same. We are in Vegas. We must drink, or else, we jus might be mudered" Ashley laughed in spite of herself. She must be sounding like an idiot. And the sad part was, she wasnt even fully drunk yet.
"Ah. DOnt say that word" Ashley said refering to the word alone. "It makes me want to curl up in a corner and cry like and emu kid" Ashley said. She looked at Reed then leaned next to him. "And plus. Im not alone now." Ashley grinned and hugged his arm, to let him know that she meant him. But. SHe didnt let go of his arm. She was comfertable next to him like this.
"Guess who called me." Ashley said. She took out her cell, and showed Reed her caller ID, which, revealed Scarletts name and number. "She was sobbing. Pregnate women can get really mody, eh?"

I never had a lover I never had soul And I never had a good time I never got gold.____________
She seemed...different, to say the least. But, then again, he never had a real party with her. Could she handle two cups of beer without going crazy? Ashley was never the girl that striked Reed as someone who could have three cups of beer in a row and live to tell the tale, but he guessed that just showed how he was quick to judge on people. "What? No," Reed told her, uneasy at the fact that Ashley wasn't paying attention on what the waitress and him were talking about. "She asked me if you were going to be ok." Well, that was a little lie. Those weren't the waitress' exact words. Reed just phrased it into the 'nicer version'. "And are you? Maybe we should just go back to your hotel room."
"Missed me? I saw you less than twenty-four hours ago," he told her as he hugged her back as she squeezed him. At this point in the night, guys would be taking advantage of a beautiful, (almost) drunken, young woman. But, Reed just bit his lower lip knowing he couldn't. Ashley was, to him, the 'forbidden fruit' from the Garden of Eden. Why he was comparing his life to the bible was beyond him, but it was making sense, so he went with it. As much as Eve wanted the forbidden fruit, she knew she couldn't, just like Reed wanted Ashley. But, when Eve had the forbidden fruit, there were major consequences. Sure, if Reed did get what he wanted, he knew he probably wouldn't be banished from Valkyrie, but things would be different, complicated, and more of the everyday consequences. It was the first time in Reed's life did he want something he could never have.
He smiled and laughed a little, "Are you telling me that, you are going to force me to get drunk?" he asked her, right as the waitress came out with their burgers and beer. Hm, Burgers & Beer sounded like a great restaurant or bar. Not that Reed would consider it, but that had a nice ring to it. "Your orders," she simply said before stalking off to the back, probably ready to start talking with the chef on how sucky Ashley and himself were. He grabbed the infamous red palstic cup and took a long drink. "I think I have been dying for that, probably for the past week," he said as he dug into his pocket, avoiding his cell phone and grabbing the pack of cigarettes he picked up at the hotel. Ah, the life. Cigarettes and beer. What more could he ask for?
Ashley hugged his arm and stayed there, and he let him. Though she had no idea how hard it was for him to just sit there and not do a damn thing. No romantic gestures, or passionate comments. He just sat there like a fool slowly killing and intoxicating himself with America's legal drugs. Then, she brought up Scarlet. Oh, come on. Right after she told him that he couldn't mention her, but now she gets to start talking about her? Isn't that breaking the rules? Her own rules? "Ohh, really?" he asked her, uneasy. Did they talk? Did Scarlet tell Ashley what an arrogant bastard Reed had been? How he reached the height of his anger problems tonight? "Did...she say anything?"
____________ Don't you wanna come with me? Don't you wanna feel my bones on your bones? It's only natural.

I want you to want me. I need you to need me. Id love you to love me. Im beggin you to beg me._________________
"Oh. Well. I'm surprised that she even gived a care about how I am. Wait- why would she ask you about me? Why cant she just ask me? Whatever. She just hates me." Ashley shrugged. She really believed that the waitress hated her. Now. Becasue the waitress hated her, she wouldnt get any tip, from Ashley that is. It was up to Reed if he wanted to tip her. She was sure hoping that he wouldnt. "You shouldnt tip her. SHe doesnt like me" Ashley whispered. She didnt want the waitress to hear, in fear of an argument starting. Ashley looked up at Reed to see his reaction. But then, imidiatly looked down, because, tonight, he just looked so, so...tempting. And I know, that may sound a little dirty. But that was only because it was dirty. "Only if you want to, I mean. Im sure we'll get pretty bored in my hotel room, after all, what is there really in there? A bed? A television? A bath room? Nothing to exciting" Ashley said, not completely understanding what he meant. "It wouldnt be to fun. So. No. I wasnt asking you to go to my hotel room with me."
"Twenty-Four hours is a long time to me." Ashley whinned. "You try sitting in your room, doing nothing, for twenty four hours! Actually, let me re-phrase that- you try having ADD, while sitting in your room, doing nothing" Ashley said. Here she went with her self-proclaimed ADD again. "And yes. I just know I have ADD. I cant sit still for longer then 7 minutes. Trust me. Ive tried" Ashley nodded. She was probably sounding like a hypocandriact. "Oh. And Im not a hypocandriact" she added, quickly after. She didnt want Reed to get the wrong idea about her. Asgley let go from the hug. A frown came. She hated to part like that. Dammit. What he did to her, he was just so, ah, she couldnt describe it. But, she knew one thing for sure, she hated to be away from him. And maybe, just maybe, thats what made those 24 hours feel like 24 years.
"Yes. Im going to force you to get drunk. I will even sacrifice my own drink to do so" Ashley smiled, mater of factly. But, she knew that she wouldnt have to. She knew Reed well enough to know that he liked the taste of alcohal. And she knew alcohal well enough, to know that it was addictive. Hey. Reed and alcohal had something in commen. They were both addictive. That was so going into her note-book. Ashley reached into the center of the table and took her own drink, and burger. She lifted the cup to her lips and took a small sip. ""I think Ive been dying for this, probably for the last 5 minutes" Ashley laughed. "This place is indeed cheap, but does it really take 5 minutes to poor a drink?" Ashley laughed a little.
"Your not a big fan of breathing, are you?" Ashley asked, as he placed the ciggarette in his mouth. OF course, she knew a lot of people who drank, heck, just about everyone she knew smoked. But from what she knew about smoking, and from personale experiances, she wasnt one who was typically fond of the cancer stick. Those commercials were what really made her hate ciggarettes though. She used to only categorize it for giving people cancer, but once she heard about big wholes in peoples necks, people getting their tounge snipped out, and loosing a lung, she was definatly against it. And, because of the same reasons, she hated when Reed picked up his smokes. She didnt want to loose him, and for all they knew, ciggarettes could cause just that.
"Yeah, she talked" Ashley lied. She knew Reed was hiding something. And she wanted to find out what. "She told me how much of a jerk you were, and that Joey was right, I should stay away from you. And she wouldnt stop telling me that you were horribally mean to her tonight" Ashley said. But. She couldnt lie to him. "Nah. Just kidding. She was crying and I didnt want to deal with her, so I hung up on her and turned off my phone. Why? Did something happen tonight? And yes, Im allowing you to say her name, just because I want to know what happened. I actually feel bad for her right now, and I want to know if Im in the right for feeling bad for her"
Ashley ripped the foil off her burger. She lifted the burger up off the foil, the placed it, slightly over, back onto the foil. She did that so she could scrape the cheese off the foil. As Ashley lifted the burger up, to bring it to her mouth, she dropped it, for a second time, back on the foil. She had just noticed something new. Silence. The only sound surrounding the two was music. For a second, the silence was great. simply because it was new. But. It turned to a difficult silence. Why? Because the music was love music. And it took every bone in Ashleys body to act casual. This was a difficult thing. She was dying to say something sweet, she was dying to cuddle up closer to him, and lay her head on his chest, she was dying to kiss him, she was dying to be with him. But what was harder then that, was that she knew all of thosew things would never happen. She used to adore love songs, but now, they made her life, so much harder.

Remember when, we never needed each other? The best of friends like Sister and Brother? We understood, we'd never be, Alone____________
"Why can't she ask you. Ash, you look like you are ready to rip someone's head off," he said truthfully as a few other people entered the bar and sat a couple seats down from where he was sitting. He would assume that they were students before they looked young and they looked at Ashley and he like they knew them. He nodded towards Ashley, "Ok, then...I won't tip her," though that would most likely end up just being a lie. Reed always tipped. He knew how hard it was living off tips. Half the employees at Nonsense had to do that since the manger decided to take half the money to buy drugs. She listed off what was in the hotel room, and damn, did it sound tempting but he cleared his throat and replied, "Maybe we are fine just here."
She was right. Knew him all too well. That his alcohol made him go round. To some people it was coffee, they couldn't get enough of it. Sure, Reed liked coffee, but when he could get his hands on his only legal drug, it was an addiction. Riley told him he would probably end up attending AA meetings sometime in the future like all the other low-lifes in Valkyrie. But, Riley told him in L.A, it was like...required to go to an AA meeting, as if it was going to the gym. Weird culture Los Angeles had up there. "But, you are right. I will probably end up getting drunk like none other. But, I'll try to stay sober, since you are with me," he told her, but took his cup and took another drink and another puff from his cigarette. "No, the air is polluted anyway, so it's like I'm smoking anway," he said with a shrug and a laugh.
At the mention of Scarlet, Reed wasn't even hungry anymore to even touch his burger. It just made him more thirsty, and at this he downed the rest of his beer and asked the waitress for two more, seeing as he would need them. He scoffed, "She said what?" he said as if he didn't even believe her. Did Scarlet really say that? Great. Now Ashley would kill him and god knew if Scarlet was telling Joey of their screaming match and now Joey would just kill Reed. Then, Ashley said she was joking and he glared at her. "That's not funny," and he pondered for a moment, "But...you said you didn't want me to utter her name at all this entire trip."
____________ "Those days are gone, and I want you so much The night is long and I need your touch Don't know what to say I never meant to feel this way Don't want to be Alone tonight" ____________
As he was sitting, he really listened to the music of the old jukebox in the corner. For one thing, he would recognize those girly voices anywhere - it was the Backstreet Boys - and two, he could actually relate to their sappy love ballads. It was ironic that it was actually playing and it fit the entire mood perfectly. Was that fate? Because if fate really did exist, this was how it must work. "Come on..." Reed said as he hopped off the bar stool, "we are going to dance," he announced to her, as he pulled her up and lead her over to the center of the bar as the music continued to play.
How was it that 90s music got him in the mood? 90s music consisted of pop bands and Britney Spears. The upbeats and techno-ish music really went right over Reed's head, but now, in the shity bar of Las Vegas, listening to the Backstreet Boys, could he really read between the lines of lyrics. Really listen to what the music was telling him and he was scared shitless to know that it was as if this was the story of Ashley and his life.

I figured it out I was high and low and everything in between I was wicked and wild, baby, you know what I mean Till there was you, yeah, you__________________
"I do?" Ashley asked, curiously. "I dont really want to rip someones head off..." Ashley said, trying to give off a look of pure innocents. Needless to say, it wasnt working to well. She would need to practice this. "Is it a bad thing, you know, looking like your gonna rip someones head off?" Ashley laughed. She may have been joking around, but, like always, she really did want to know. If it wasnt a good thing, then, she would have to stay away from how she was looking right now, which would mean staying away from alcohal, which just might be out of the question. But, if it was a good thing, then she might have to do it more often. Why? Because, even if she sounded like a maid or a servent when she said it, she would do anything in the would to please him. "Okay good, because Im not in the mood to be in a boring hotel room"
______________
Something went wrong I made a deal with the devil for an empty I.O.U. Been to hell and back, but an angel was looking through It was you, yeah, you It's all because of you _______________
"Dont worry about me. Get as drunk as you want. DOnt let me hold you back, heck, Im friggen encoraging you to. I will feel bad if Im the only one" Ashley laughed. That had always been a thing with her. When she ate ice cream, she liked to eat it with people, because if she didnt she would feel guilty, it was the same with alcohal. She needed a drinking buddy, because, that way, when she had a hang over, she could say 'Well, Ash, dont be to down on yourself, after all, so and so did it too'. But then, that would lead her to the whole 'if everyone jumped off a bridge, would you jump to', but most of the time, Ashley tried to leave that part out of her thoats. After all, when you are having a real bad hang over, jumping of a bridge is one of the last things that you want to think about.
Ashley laughed. "Reed, all the same, I dont want you to end up with some big hole in your throat, like that old dude in the commerial. Ciggarettes are bad for you. You know that" Ashley said. She then whipped away the smoke with her hand. "And plus, that ciggarette is adding to the pollution, thank you very much" Ashley laughed. She understood that ciggarettes were addictive, but, she also knew that you had to have them more then once for them to become addictive, so that made Ashley wonder. What happened that forced Reed to start smoking?
______________
In the middle of the night I'm going down 'cause I adore you I want to floor you _______________
"Oh, so, if its not funny, then something did happen" Ashley laughed, at his own mistake. She lifted a napkin out of the container and patted his forehead, jokingly. "Somebody is a little nervous" She laughed. He truely did look worried though, she could see it in the look on his face. This made her feel both afraid and joyful. She was afraid of why he was nervous at the mention of Scarlett. It made her estatic to know that he was nervous about her finding out about something that happened to him and Scarlett tonight, just because, it meant her cared. It meant he was worried about Ashleys reaction. "Well, you know what. Fine. I could tell you dont want to tell me, so, you dont have to"
______________ I'm giving it up No more running around spinning my wheel You came out of my dream and made it real I know what I feel It's you It's all because of you _______________
Ashley was shocked when Reed asked her to dance. This was knew for her. He normally, was never, even the slightest bit romantic with her. And in her book, this was romantic. It made her feel like he had read her mind, like her knew that she was dying to get up and dance with him. So, once he offered, she got up, as quick as she could. She wasnt going to let this moment pass. She wasnt going to let it slip away. Ashley stood with him, and wrapped her arms around his neck. She loved where she was right now. She wished she could freeze time, and stay like this, with him, forever.
_________________ In the middle of the night I'm going down 'cause I want you I want to touch you I want to floor you You are the reason, baby ____________________
Ashley laid her head on his chest, and listened to the music. "You know Reed, I think" Ashley said, her throat began to dry up, telling her it didnt want to say the rest. "I think I can really related to his song" She said, then tilted her head up a little bit, to look at him. She then brought her direction, back down. She was afraid of his reaction. There had been other times were she had admited that she liked him, but, they never eally compared to this time. This time- she really meant it.
After a few seconds of silence, Ashley got the courage to say something else. Something that her mind was telling her not to say, but her heart told her to say it. And, he heart was always what pushed her more then her brain. "Reed. Have you ever been in love?"

In fact, I remember back in fifth grade I tried to read the book of love, but sadly The introduction didn't grab me.____________
"Well, if you insist on getting me drunk, then I guess I must oblige," he said taking another drink. He didn't know exactly how many cups of beer it would take him to get wasted, but he should probably watch it. All alcohol was differnt, from beer, champagne, and mixers, they all had differernt effects on people and Reed was no exception. He took another sip, swishing it in his mouth, trying to place the taste with all the beers he knew (which just so happened to be a lot,) but he couldn't name it. It tasted different then all the other he tasted. It tasted cheap. Maybe that was why it was cheap beer?
"I don't think remember a time when someone asked someone to quit smoking, that they just stopped. People go to great lengths to stop smoking," he told her. Patches, programs, the list went on, and Reed found it all pathetic. "And anyways I'm not even addicted to these 'suicide in a package' I could quit as easily as if I never did smoke. See?" he told her taken the half-done cigarette and smashed it into the ash plate with a ton of other butts. "I only smoke because I get bored, and it keeps me preoccupied. It's been like this since I was a sophomore. I don't really believe someone can actually get addicted to smoking."
"Fine...I won't tell you what happened," he told her, knowing that she wanted to know everything. But, he wasn't going to go back on his words. If he did, he would break a promise and maybe he would mention Scarlet's name again, and then Ashley would get mad at him. Which was stupid since she wanted to know that happened in the first place. But, in truth. Reed was done. Sure, he told Scarlet that he would raise the baby as his own...but as of now, Reed and Scarlet were going to be those bickering parents that are too busy yelling at each other.
____________ The bombs been detonated I'm just waitin' for an explosion, I was just waitin' on 2nd and it was time for me to close in on 3rd With blurred vision and in, precisely placed slurred words we started kissin' ____________
One hand was securely around her waist, while the other held his drink, taking long drinks whenever the music was during a 'musical break' where they was no singing, just instruments playing the melody, and that happened to be a lot, by the way. "I can relate too," he murmurred to her and took another drink. He had to get drunk right? But, he couldn't help but think that all the songs where the artist could never get what they wanted and happended to be about love, seemed to remind him of Ashley and him.
"Reed. Have you ever been in love?"
He stopped his swaying movement at this comment. Wow, he was never asked this question before. "Um," he said, trying to grasp what he was feeling, already knowing if he was able to, would he be able to tell her? He was never real good with his emotion and feeling, especailly when it came to sharing them. "No. Actually I never have Ash," he said exhaling greatly. This was tougher than he thought. "But...I had this feeling towards someone, that I didn't know existed. The kind of feeling that you can't stand being with out them, and even the regular feeling of caring deeply for someone goes deeper than that. The kind of feeling that it felt like you said goodbye to them, like you would never see them ever again, though you knew that you would see them the following day. I felt that. Sleepless nights of tossing and turning in my bed, wondering if I was feeling what everyone said was so great. I wondered to myself if I was in love," he told her looking down at her. "You know who that person was?" he asked her.
"You."
____________ If it wasn't for meddlin' kids would love even exist? Nope. If it wasn't for alcohol would I even be saying this? Nope. ____________

Invitation only Grant Farewells Crash the best one Of the best ones Clear liquor and cloudy eyed Too early to say goodnight___________________
"You know, if you really want to know what kind of beer it is, you could either ask, or look at the sign outside" Ashley said. Yes, she had noticed that he was swishing the beer in his mouth. SHe had a tedancy to do the same when she wanted to know what type of beverage resteraunts gave her. Though, in this place, she didnt need to. By the title of the bar/resteraunt, she already knew. It was cheap beer. By the taste, she was guessing Budwiser, but, then again, it could be store made, which, would actually make more sence if you went by tast. You see, this drink, it was a little bit stronger then most drinks, yet, it had a blandness about it. It just had to be store made, now that she thouht about it. But, in spite of what she had commented earlier, she took a sip of it, and began to swish it, around her mouth. What could I say? She wanted to know what type of beer it was.
Ashley listened to him talk about smoking, but she stopped him, before he could go on. "Wait, I have two questions for you," Ashley began. One of the questions was serious, the other, well, it was a little silly. "Okay, so, you say, that a person cant just quit, but, you also say its not addictive. One of those, has to be impossible. I mean, if its not addictive, then a person could easily quit, right?" Ashley asked, but, right after the question, she relized something else. "Hold on, ciggerettes are addictive." She nodded, remembering commercials she had seen. "I mean, they have nicotine in them, and that stuff makes you have to have ciggerrettes, because once the nicotine goes into your body, your body goes crazy without it," Ashley said, she was amazed that she had even remembered that. "Surprised by how much I know?" she laughed. "Now, my other question" Ashley went on. "Am I boring, because, you only smoke when your bored, meaing you must be bored right now." Ashley said, as she watched him smash his ciggerette into the tray. That made a smile come to her face.
"Okay then," Ashley began. She shifted in her seat. "You dont have to tell me" Ashley whispered. She was trying to make her voice sound like she didnt care, and so far, she was succeding. Ashley took her phone back from Reed, and flipped it open. After clicking to buttons, she had reached her most recent, incomming calls. And right on the top was Scarletts phone number. " I mean, I could just ask Scarlett, she'll tell me everything, and I gaurenttee that she will exadurate it, but, that sad part about that, is, I wont know what parts she exadurats, so, I guess, that kind of screws you right over" Ashley said, she leaned her head back, looking at him. A smile rose on her face. "I should seriously be a lawyer."

And from the ballroom floor We are in celebration One good stretch before our hibernation Our dreams assured and we all Will sleep well Sleep Well ________________________
Ashley listened to the music. God, these pop-stars got tormented, but, they seemed to have it hard when it came to love, that is, if they wrote their songs based on their own lives. And, Ashley knew just how some of them felt. Like, this song for example. Ashley knew the feeling, almost down to a point, she was, after all, going through it right now, and needless to say, it wasnt the best feeling. It made her feel weak, and confused, just like all bad feelings did, but, most of all, it made her feel strained and fake, like each day, when she was with Reed, she had to pretend to just like him as a friend, and that was painful, she sure pittied these pop-stars.
As Reed began to speak, he whole body tightened up. She stood completely still, and it seemed, as time stopped. THoughts began to buzz through her mind, thoughts that would hurt her in the long run. But, she still had that one little voice, telling her that it could be her, and thats the only reason she was able to keep a straight face. Then, when he said it was her, her whole body stiffened up, even worse. It took her a few minutes to process what he had just said. Then, once she had, he body calmed down, and she relaxed, and backed a step away from him. "Reed, wait" she began. Then, took a few seconds to think about how to put her words together. "Are ou saying, that, you feel that way about me?" She asked, she still was unable to believe it. And the worse part about it, was, the more she wanted to believe it, the more fake it felt. Now, she wasnt saying that he wasnt genuine, she was just, shokced to say the least.
Ashley turned around, and looked up. She allowed a smile to come to her face. The only reason that she turned around, was because she didnt want Reed to see what Joy this newly found news brought to her. "Reed, your not kidding me are you?" she turned back around, and looked him in the eyes, making sure he was telling the truth.

I cannot find a way to describe it, It's there inside; all I do is hide, I wish that it would just go away. What would you do, you do, if you knew? What would you do? _________
"I could ask," he said, "but it doesn't matter to me. It would be a waste of time to ask her. Because for all we know, the waitress doesn't even know." He looked over by the kitchen to see her talking with the chef. Ocassionaly looking back at Reed and Ashley to see if they needed refills or ketchup for fries. But even if they did, Reed could guess that even if they needed it, she wouldn't move a muscle anyway to jump for customer satsifaction.
He listened to her questions and looked back down at the cigarettes in the ash tray. "Then, maybe it's just me. I really don't think it's addicting. I know people have a hard time quitting. But I just think if they truly wanted to they would quit," he told her. Of course this was his own opinion and the next guy that walked in could have a different opinion. "And no...you are not boring me. Of course you wouldn't," he lifted his arms at the bar and motioned to it. "This situation is boring me. We need to just have some fun."
Knowing Scarlet, she probably would blow it out of porportion. Fuck, she would tell Ashley that he hit her physically...over the phone. He saw her name on Ashley's phone and wondered if Ashley was really going to call her. "How about this," he said and took the phone away from Ashley and slipping it into his pocket, "we just don't call anyone...and I am taking it just so I know you won't call her. Let's just forget about her altogether," he said hoping she would agree with him. He was done with Scarlet and he didn't want to think about her at all for the rest of the vacation, seeing as this would probably be his last one in a really long time.
____________ All the thoughts lead back to you. Back to what was never said, Back and forth inside my head. I. Can't. Handle. This. Confusion. I'm unable; come and take me away. ____________
He was probably more surprised than Ashley. Since when did he ever admit to loving someone? That's right, never. But, Ashley was...different then every single girl he had ever met. She made things simpler for him. Hell, if this wasn't love...then he didn't know what was. He didn't now what reaction she would have. She seemed confused. He furrowed his eyebrows. Did she not hear him? She told him to wait. Wait? Why? He waited though, finishing the rest of the cheap beer that laid in his hand. Oh, Ashley didn't believe him. "Ashley, I wouldn't just say this," he said as they stopped dancing completely. This wasn't how it was suppose to be.
"Have you ever been in love?" he asked her the same question she had asked him.
"Of course I'm not kidding," Reed told her as she turned back around to face him. He tossed the empty cup into a trash can not far away. He was confused, the alcohol was messing with his mind, already and so soon. Did she not believe him? He cupped his hands around her face and looked at her, leaning down until their lips met. He still looked at her, making sure that she wouldn't disappear. The kiss was different from their first, and the second was on a mix of impulse and guilt, but this one was different. He broke it, though he didn't want to. The next words that followed were suppose to be those three little words, but the instead these three words were much different. "Ashley...marry me."
____________ All by myself I need to get around this My words are cold, I don't want them to hurt you If I show you, I don't think you'd understand Cause no one understands ____________

[/img]_________________ [/center] "No," Ashley giggled. "You didnt ask because you didnt think of asking. Not because the waitress might not know" Ashley said, admitting Reeds own fault. Ashley saw Reed look over to the chef and the waitress, she too looked over. "I bet," Ashley began. "That the chef, is either the waitresses father, husband, or rapist uncle" Ashley finished. Why did she think this? Well, for one, the chef kept watching over her, two, he kept hugging her, and holding her shoulders, and third, she was wearing a skimpy little outfit, and he really seemed to enjoy it. So, with that last thought, Ashley was going to have to cross out father. Unless, they had some weird Alabama like relationship. But that would just be all to weird. Ashley was more or so, leaning towards husband, just because it was the most commen. But, then again, anything flew in Vegas.
_______________ I wanna make you smile whenever youre sad Help you around when your arthritis is bad All I wanna do is grow old with you________________
Ashley listened to him, then lightly nodded. "Yeah, see. You think that they are not addictive, but, try not to smoke for a week, and dont use a patch, or the special gum. I promis you that you wont be able to do it." Ashley said, surprised that she even knew this. "I dont think, that it's all to easy to quit without the help of the patch, or gum. I mean, I admire whomever could do that though." Ashley commented. She looked down at the ash tray, and studied all of the cancer sticks that lay in it. Most of them, were just about done. Ashley then did something, that most wouldnt. She picked a random cig out of all of them, and looked at it, twisting her hand around, looking at all sides of it. "What's so special about these things anyway?" Ashley asked, she then tossed the ciggerette back into the tray and looked at Reed. SHe then reached into her pocket, with the hand that she grabbed the ciggerette with, and took out a baby wipe, from the small bag she had in her pocket that held them. She cleaned her hands off under the table, not letting Reed see how compulsive she was.
__________________ Ill get your medicine when your stomach aches Build you a fire if the furnace breaks Oh it could be so nice, growing old with you___________________
Ashley willingly let him take her phone. The matter of seeing him squirm, was rather hilarious. SO just for letting her see such a sight, she might have just let him keep it. But, she didnt. "Reeed" she whinned. "I promis I wont call her, until tonight. When I get to the hotel. And even then, I wont believe her" Ashley said, trying to win her phone back. She tried to reach into his pocket, but had to lean over him to do so. SHe felt a little uncomfertable doing that, just because it gave them more contact then normal. Ashley decided it was better not too. Finally, Ashley resorted to bribary. "I'll give you a cookie if you give me my phone." She laughed, then tried to put on a pouty face, but, because of her failiure in doing so, she broke out laughing at herself.
________________ Ill miss you Ill kiss you Hold you close when you're cold_________________
As the two stopped dancing all together. The music seemed to drain out, and Ashley felt eyes of nosey guests around her. She would normally feel uncomfertable, but as it processed through her mind, that Reed had feelings for her, she began to relax more. And, believe it or not, a light smile rose to her face. "So you...you.." Ashley said, unable to think of what to say. This news was shocking to her, she never guessed Reed to like her. After all that had happened between the two, Reed never seemed to be the one to like her, but, now, he just said he had. "I-I," Ashley began.
"Have you ever been in love?"
Until now, Ashley never relized how hard it was to truthfully answer that question. "Reed, truthfully, I dont know. I'm still trying to figure it out. But, I think that I might be" Ashley said, making sure she didnt make the last part past tence. "I mean, until you came into my life, I dont think I have ever been in love, but, you, you, you made me relise that I just might be in love" she whispered. "I mean, I think you know already that I care about you though, I dont think you know how much, but I think you know that I- I, well, love you" Ashley finished. She was having a hard time expressing herself right now, in front of Reed, and all of the bar.
__________________ Ill need you Ill feed you Even let ya hold the remote control___________________
The next few happenings were all a blur to Ashley. It was probably because of the alcohal. But, there was one statment that she did comprehend. When he asked her to marry him. Wait- what? Ashley stared at him. Dumb founded. But, after a few seconds. She was able to register what was going on. Once she had, she was so taken away, that she gulped down to rest of her drink, just to calm her body down.
Ashley looked around, at all of the people waiting for her answer. She knew what she wanted to answer. Ashley walked to the bar, which was only about a foot away, and grabbed a bottle of coke. Shelooked at it for a second and then began to try to take of the small metal tab off it.Once she had, she sliped it on her finger, then admired it for a few seconds. It wasnt anything special, but, to her, it was great. She walked up to Reed, and looked him in the eyes. The whole time, being silent.
Ashley kept on a straight face for as longas she could, but it only lasted for about 5 seconds, until she broke into a smile, jumpoed up, and hugged Reed as tight as she could. "I do" She whispered into his ear. SHe wanted this to be something betwen the two of them, not something betwen the two and the bar. She then stpped back, to study his expression. "I want to marry you more than anything in this world" she said, loud enough for the others to here. "Tonight." She mouthed, as to tell him that she wanted to marry him tonight.

The first time in my life and now it's so great Slowing down I look around and I am so amazed I think about the little things that make life great _________
Reed watched her as she talked to him about how impossible it was to quit without treatment. She picked one of the gross cigarette butts. "Ew, gross Ashley, put that back," he said with a laugh. "You know what I think? I think that if someone that cared for someone, and asked them to quit...for them. I think the person could do it. If they cared for the person asking them to quit in the first place," he reached in his pocket, withdrawing the rest of the pack. "For you...I'll quit," he said and placed the pack on the counter in front of him. "There, I'm done. Won't look back," he said. I guess now he would see if you could actually do it. If it would really be hard. But, he believed he could do it for Ashley. "Well, I guess now I'll have to never be bored," with a chuckle he took another long drink of the beer.
It was funny watching her try and take her phone back, and Reed just sat there as she tried to retrieve it from in his pocket, failing, and then trying to bribe him with a cookie. "You will have to do a lot better than that," he said with a laugh and refused to give her it back. "Just so no one tries to call you, I will not give this back to you until tomorrow," he concluded with himself as they both started to laugh.
I wouldn't change a thing about it, This is the best feeling. This innocence is brilliance I hope that it will stay _________
She was surprised, and even through his slight drunken bliss, he couldn't blame her. He was afterall, still surprised by confessing it all himself. When he asked her if she had ever been in love, he asked her out of desperation of her reaction to his. As she started talking to him, it seemed like she was flustered of doing this to him, and in front of the bar. It was weird though. Though they had been friends for months, he would have to say this was the most honest conversation they have ever had.
He didn't notice that most of the bar had been eaves-dropping on Reed's sudden proposal. Only then did he realize what he said. Sure, he was drunk. But it seemed like when you were drunk, you confess the things you hide and that are never suppose to be said outloud. He was expecting her to just laugh. Needless to say, he was on the verge on chuckling himself, but when she left him, did he wonder what exactly was going on.
He asked her to marry him.
Only now was it setting. Husband, wife, rings, white, seemed to mush into his mind. But, as one would probably laugh it off and take it back. He didn't. He was confused as she came back over to him with a pop can tab around her ring finger that was substiuting an actual engagement ring. "I do". That did it for him. Then did he realize that he loved Ashley so much that he wanted to marry her. Not thinking of the consesquences whatsoever he kissed her as she whispered to him, 'tonight'. "Well, we'll have to do something about that ring," he said to her as he hugged her and lifted her off the ground a little bit.
This moment is perfect Please don't go away I need you now And I'll hold on to it _________

The first time in my life and now it's so clear Feel calm, I belong, I'm so happy here It's so strong and now I let myself be sincere _________
[[Hehe, sorry I kinda skipped to the chapel. xD]]
The Little White Chapel was the infamous wedding chapel in Vegas. It also was no that far from the cheap bar. Reed held Ashley's hand the entire way as they both laughed, kissed, but little talked on the way over to the chapel. The two reached the doors, and Reed opened them. It was actually quite vacant in the lobby area, but there was one person behind the desk, and she turned her attention to the two. "Hello, welcome to the Little White Wedding Chapel. How may I help you?"
Reed looked at Ashley and kissed her with a smile, "We want to get married," he said with a smirk to the lady who seemed to smile at the two, "Oh my! This is wonderful! You probably want to look at the packages. Well, when do you want to get married?" she asked them as she started to shuffle through papers. "Erm, tonight." Reed said, "is that possible?" The lady's eyes widened and she smiled, "Well of course, here. Tell me when you have decided. You can either get married in the chapel, or the drive-thru." Reed took the papers from the lady's hands and ushered Ashley over to one of the couches. He sifted through the packaged deals with Ashley. Couldn't there be like, something quick? Not that Reed was regretting anything (since he never did,) was it so bad that he just wanted to be with Ashley...forever?"
It's a state of bliss, you think you're dreaming It's the happiness inside that you're feeling It's so beautiful it makes you wanna cry _________
[[>.< Bleh, sorry that was so horrible. But check out here for some deals at the chapel. Ashley can just pick one, just not one that is ungodly expensive. xD]]

I've been down Now I'm blessed I felt a revelation coming around I guess its right, it's so amazing Everytime I see you I'm alive You're all I've got You lift me up The sun and the moonlight All my dreams are in your eyes _________________
When little girls are young, they dream about big, extrodonary weddings. With beautiful white dresses, flowers all around, and the perfect husband by their side. Well, Ashley isnt excluded from that, but, what she had wanted the most when she was younger, to find the perfect husband. Her knight in shining armor. And though she didnt find a knight, she still got the perfect husband. And to her, that was all that mattered. The dress didnt matter. The place didnt matter. The engagmentring didnt matter. The only thing that mattered to her, was that she had Reed, forever. And within a short amount of time, that was soon to happen. Heck, Ashley didnt care if they married in a cardboard box, in some ally, in the puring rain, as long as Reed was by her side, in her mind, it would still be, the ultimate wedding in her mind.
As Reed kissed her, as as told the lady at the counter that they were to get married, Ashley nearly fainted. Now, was when it really kicked in. She was getting married. To Reed. Okay, yes, earlier, she knew who she was marrying, but, now, it really kicked in. She was marrying someone she had only known for a few months. She was marrying someone who just told her that they loved her. She was marrying someone who had hurt her, over and over again. She was marrying someone, that her brother completely hated, and most likely, someone that her father wouldnt be to fond of if he met. Not only did she relise those. But, she relised she was marrying the perfect man for her. All of those little problems and bumps, just made him that much more perfect in her mind. Now, she knew. She wanted to marry him.
Ashley took a few seconds, just to look at Reed. She grinned, happiness, rising through her, with each passing second. "I need a pen real quick," Ashley said, basically asking the lady over the counter for a pen. The black-haired women, gladely gave one to her. Ashley was surprised, that she hadnt yet tried this out yet. She flipped her hand over, so that the back of her left hand was facing her. She then, took the pen, and began to write something, on the back of her hand. She wrote two simple words. 'Ashley Turner'. She wanted to see how well the names fit, and in her mind, she should have been born with his last name. And now, she was going to be able to take it. Ashley showed it to Reed. "I think it looks really good." She nodded, then, stood on her tip-toes, and kissed him on the cheek.
As they walked to the couch, Ashley took his hand, and swung it back and forth. She rubbed his hand with her tumb, as to tell him that she really wanted this. Once they came to the couch, Ashley plobbed down next to him, letting go of his hand. SHe leaned over him, a little bit, giving her the chance to look at the packages too. And, though most people may not think its a classy choice, there was one thing that popped out to Ashley. The drive thru. It was cheap enough for them, and completely different, which reminded, Ashley exactly of the two. Ashley pointed to the drive thru, and looked up at Reed. "I like this one," she grinned, like a 5 year old on Christmas morning.
"Reed." Ashley whispered. " I need a dress" She stood up and walked over to balck haired women again. "Do you guys happen to own any rental dresses?" Ashley asked, looking down in the slightest embarrassment. But, once the lady had said 'yes' and handed Ashley the catolog, Ashleys embarrassment went away, and she imidiatily picked a dress. Nothing too special. And, she was in luck, because she was already wearing a pearl necklace that her father had giving her to her, so thus far, she almost had the poem. 'Something old [the necklace]. Something New [The dress she was soon to get]. Something borrowed [She kept holding on to the ladies pen]. Something blue. [Her eyes].'
Ashley turned to face Reed. "I love you" she mouthed.

I like where we are When we drive in your car I like where we are Here. _________
Reed never particulary ever fantasized about his own wedding. Not that he ever didn't think about it. Just telling a girl that he liked her more than just a one-night stand, or as a friend was hard for him, now he was getting married to a girl. That freaked the hell out of him. But, he had no quite explanation for why he seemed to be keeping it all under control. Why was he not freaking out? Trying to take it back? It seemed like they just met. 'Hi, I'm Reed, let's get married.' But even this was a random act of impulse, he knew he wanted it. So, it was a little out of order. He always did imagine himself getting married. At eighteen? No. Probably somewhere in his late twenties if not early thirties. But, if he knew that this was 'the one' did it matter when?
He watched her as she wrote 'Ashley Turner' on a piece of paper. Wow. He didn't even realize that her name would change, that he would give his to her. "Just wait," he said with a smile and took it away from her and below it wrote, 'Reed Adams' So, it didn't slide off the tongue as well as Reed Turner did, but he just smirked at Ashley, "I think your brother would kill me if I took yours," so he scribbled it out. Oh, shit. Joey. What the fuck would he do when he would find out that Reed married his sister. This was basically a deathwish. Wait, why was he caring what Joey would do?
He let her choose, and she chose the drive-thru. He only laughed. As cheesey, corny, and inexpensive it looked, it was him. Most importantly, it was him. Plus, it was only thirty dollars. It's not that he was cheap, eh, well, maybe he was a little, but they were in Vegas. If they wanted a fairy-tale one (which he was surprised she even suggested the idea) they would have just got married back in Valkyrie, oh probably just of waited.
_________ Cause our lips could touch Our cheeks can brush Our lips can touch. Here. _________
As Ashley looked through dresses, he payed for their thirty dollar wedding. The lady gave him some thigns to fill out, which that lasted about another twenty minutes. All that legal shit that Reed was very use to since upholding the club, but of course this was very different. "And I am assuming you two will need a witness?" the lady piped up. Reed nodded, "Yeah, that'll be good." Another ten minutes past and Reed was finally done. "You need a tux son?" the lady asked as she looked Reed up and down. Reed did himself, wearing jeans and his favorite leather jacket. Well, the bride always had the poem thing they had to up-hold that borrowed blue stuff that he never understood. But, maybe he would make up his own. Sure, he would change into the pants, but perhaps he would just wear the leather jacket, so amidst all this, he could still be him. He couldn't. Even remember the alst time he wore a tux. The lady busteled up from behind the desk and led Reed over to some male fitting rooms, "There are tuxes in there," she told him before leading Ashley over to a women dressing room, ready to asisst her with her dress.
He looked at some of the tuxes and randomly chose one. He entered the dressing room and looked at himself in the mirror. He looked a drunk as hell, and he was surprised he was able to get through this evening with a sane head. He wondered if the lady knew that they were drunk. Fitting his leather jacket. over the under vest and shirt of the tux, he only smirked a 'Reed Turner smirk'. He was still the same. He turned the knob and opened the door. He waited enough time didn't he?
