Appearance:
Green-colored eyes can often change to a hazel color, but those aren’t the things that stand out most about Miss Amberly Roberts. Instead, the female’s red hair is what can catch the attention of others. Since the time of birth to the present, Amberly has always had a full head of natural, red hair, and she absolutely loves it, even if she was teased because of it in the past. It’s something from her heritage that she is willing to accept and embrace. Under those long, straight locks, it a soft, pale face - something else that comes along with the Irish heritage.
The girl would be considered at normal height for her age because she stands at five feet and five inches. That is something else that she is also not unhappy about, because she feels that her height is perfect; not too tall and not too short. Also, to go along with that perfect height, she has a nice figure to go along with it. Now that may not be perfect because she does like to snack on occasion, but Amberly’s figure is a bit curvy, from her small B-sized bust to her, what she considers, big hips.
What is something that a cheerleader would wear? Well, obviously the girl would start out with some makeup so that her very white skin doesn’t make Amberly look as if she is sick. But of course makeup isn’t the only thing that she would wear. Usually on her body the girl would wear a comfortable pair of jeans with a cute shirt or maybe to replace those jeans, pending on the weather, she might slide on a skirt or shorts. No matter what she wore, Amberly always tried to look her best because there was no reason for her not to.
Personality:
All-American girl has been something that has almost always described this fifteen-year-old. And that is probably the truth since the female gets along with almost everyone who goes to Valkyrie - almost. She is kind and helpful, which are things that most look for in friends, right? Well, even though she is such a sweet girl, Amberly doesn’t like to get close to every single friend that she has; instead, she prefers to have a small group of friends that she tends to hang with the most. Because of this, it may seem like Amberly is often snubbing people, but that’s not the case. Also, usually she’s not friends with someone because said person doesn’t want to be her friend.
Amberly isn’t one who will go off and do a dare because someone told her that he’s pay her twenty bucks for it. Nor is she the type of person who will run around shouting her head off because that’s what she thinks is fun. Nope. She’s just not that type of girl. Amberly is the quiet type, who tends to only open up when she’s with her close friends or at a football game, cheering for her favorite team, the Valkyrie Falcons.
Studious is a word that can describe her as well, but to contradict that, Amberly isn’t organized at all. In fact, she absolutely hates it when things or organized. Many times she has been old by her Latin teacher that she needs to get a planner or calendar so she can keep track of events and dates. Well, she doesn’t have either. Often, Amberly is late, which seems to bother many, but it doesn’t bother her.

Math. Math. Math. Amberly is the worst person at math. She always enrolls into advanced and honors math courses because she knows that it will look good on her transcript, however, she knows that she won’t do too well in those upper courses. Instead of asking for a tutor or help, she just complains and completes the work incorrectly. Thus, she learns nothing in the process.
What’s a girl to do when she can’t find any of her homework or that very important paper that she had so diligently worked on the week before it was due? Well, a normal person would get organized so that this problem never occurs again. Amberly isn’t one who likes that idea. She feels that in her own mind she is organized, even though she is not. Another result of not being organized is that she also misses important events and is quite often late to things.
Secrets:
She’s failing math. That really shouldn’t be a secret, but the girl is too scared to tell anyone because she is afraid of getting judged. Amberly doesn’t want people to think that she has no intelligence at all.
Also, she pretty much isn’t too happy with herself. This is something that she won’t tell anyone because most people just don’t seem to understand this. They don’t see the flaws that she sees in herself, so after a while she just decided that she’d keep her own self-hate to herself.
Amberly also judges people quite easily. However, she doesn’t do it out loud; instead, she keeps these things to herself, in her mind.
History:
On the sunny morning of April 3, a beautiful baby girl, named Amberly Roberts was born to her mother and father, Ryan and Tara Roberts, who happened to only have been married for nine months. Uh oh. Amberly was a wedding night baby, even if the parents did try to deny it. From that day on, the girl had a fairly normal first few years of life, meaning that nothing huge happened to her.
At the age of four was when Amberly began to do gymnastics. See, her mother had always wanted to take a gymnastics course and learn how to tumble about a floor, so she decided to let her daughter live that dream for her. It turns out that the young girl happened to be quite talented with the skill, so she enjoyed it and continued on.
After many competitions, she began to get bored with just doing gymnastics, so it was at the age of nine that Amberly approached her mother and told her that she wanted to do something more; this resulted in the start of her cheerleading career. Amberly was enrolled in a competitive cheerleading company, where she would go to their gym three times a week to practice with her group. This continued on for many years as the girl grew up and became even better at what she did.
Once she got to the high school age, it was again time for Amberly to want a change. Well, news came to her that her mother was pregnant the summer before Amberly’s freshman year in high school. Sadly though, the baby was miscarried and she never got a sibling. That summer was even more eventful because it was right after the miscarriage that the thirteen-year-old had learned that she had been accepted to Valkyrie Academy because of her interest in fashion design, her rigorous academic record, and her cheerleading talent.
In the middle of August, Amberly packed up and moved from Arizona to California, leaving behind her family. It was time that she set out of her own. With her dorm room decorated and her books in her possession, Amberly began her first year at Valkyrie as a shy girl and stayed that way until her sophomore year. She hadn’t made too many friends there yet.
