23 - chaffeur/out-of-work mechanic - single - losing his way

Nate here is my newest baby, and I love him already! You may already know a bit about him, but here's his basics. He's one of a troop of triplets, and he's the oldest by several minutes. He also has a baby sister who's six years younger. He's definitely a family man, and he's highly protective of his family. Nate is very serious around everyone except those who are very close to him. He really only opens up to his family and a few people who can get beneath his protective exterior. Growing up in Keizer, OR, he was used to a rural life until he moved to Los Angeles with his girlfriend who was attending college at UCLA. He lived in LA for a year working as a mechanic, but when his family was forced to move from their hometown to Valkyrie, Nate instantly picked himself up and moved after them to help them out, leaving his girlfriend behind with nothing but a note to tell her he had to leave and refused to drag her down with him. Now, he works as a chaffeur and does mechanical work on the limos in his off-time.

Although Nate is a serious guy and he's closed off, he does open up after he's decided he can trust you. He puts his family above all else, even himself, which gradually eats away from him on the inside. He loves his family, don't get me wrong, but he's never done anything for himself, and moving to Valkyrie as well as a change of profession, is giving him a new view of his life and makes him wonder if he's everything he wants to be. Also, he's found that his old costume of tee-shirts, jeans, and being alone doesn't suit him as well in his new environment. He's started to experiment with 'society' a bit although he isn't rich and probably never has a chance of being Mister It or anything like that.

So, basically, Natey-boy needs some action! For FRIENDS, he'll probably have just a few really close friends simply because he's not extremely sociable and isn't the type of guy to say hello first. He's more of the quiet friend who has a buddy that does all of the talking for him. He's serious, but he can joke around when he feels comfortable around someone. Even if it takes him a while to warm up to you, he's the most loyal friend you can have once he gets used to you. Just as he's protective and loyal to his family, he's the same way with his friends. For ENEMIES, I don't see him having stab-you-in-the-face haters or anything simply because he doesn't start anything with anyone and doesn't give people much reason to hate him. However, since he is kind of standoffish, that could possibly make some people dislike him because they mistakenly think he's an asshole. For LOVERS, he's attracted to girls who aren't sluts. He's not the type of guy for the one night stand lifestyle. He's only had one real girlfriend, and that was the girl he left behind in LA. Girls liked him in high school, but he was so quiet and very much of a loner that the girls were too nervous to go up to him. At some point in the future, I would like for him to have some sort of one night stand or something when he finally breaks down and loses himself as he's bound to do once he comes to the realization that his life just isn't what he wants it to be. If you're up for a plot like that, just lemme know and we can work something out for down the road! Anywho, plot him up for now! He needs some action! 8D

24 - fashion designer - it's complicated - soaking up the spotlight

London's my first charrie on VA, and I'm so very happy with her. She's one of my most original creations, and I'm hoping to get some interesting plots for her. Although her face looks innocent, she's far from it. She's a bit bitchy and loves attention. Her life growing up was kind of rough because her father was away in the military until she was a teenager, and her mother was a bitch who had no motherly instinct. Her parents seperated when London was just a little kid, and then her mother came back to their home for a few years before her parents got a final divorce when London was in middle school. When London was in her sophmore year of high school, she dated the quarterback of the football team, and she was raped by his best friend. When she tried to tell her boyfriend what happened, he called her a liar and broke up with her. A couple of months later, London found out she was pregnant, however, she lost the child a month after that, and the entire experience tore her up. For a long time, she didn't trust any men and she didn't date anyone. She went off to college for two years, got her associate's degree, and then dropped out of school for a year to travel the world. While in Paris on her trip, she met a man who she fell in love with and they got engaged six months later. London came back to the states and finished her Bachelor's Degree, but came home early one night to find her fiancé with a man. She ran off from him, and came to Valkyrie afterwards.

London needs everything also. For FRIENDS, people who are in her same social circle are her typical friends. She goes to all of the major events because of her fashion line, and she travels a lot because she hates sitting still in one place, so she has the potential to know people from all over. Her family moved around a lot when she was younger also, so she could have friends from all over the US as well. ENEMIES would probably be pretty easy for London to come by because she comes across as egotistical, bitchy, and vain to people who don't know her well. For LOVERS, basically anything works from one night stands to long-term deals, whatever. Basically, I'm up for anything with her. She's already got one or two plots going, but more are always welcome!

so first off, OMFGOMFGOMFG NATEE!!! i'm so excited that you made him because i'm usually the unlucky one who makes requests for people and never get them filled. two down and just one more to go. i seriously love you for that. just sos you know.

k so with nate we of course have to plot something with him and his sister carly. carly loves him to death as she does with all of her family, but i could see a little tension here between the two of them. maybe in part, way deep down, nate partly blames her for having to leave LA to come to valkyrie seeing as how it was her fault. even though she never meant to bring anyone down with her, the consequences of her actions rained down on her entire family instead of just her. she hates herself for it, blames herself for it, but never really voices it to her family. i could also see maybe nate getting a little peeved that carly has already kind of moved on and found someone so soon after getting to valkyrie. like he wouldn't want another incident like keizer happening again? plus...well i'm pretty sure every brother would hate walking into a bar and seeing their underage sister dancing as a coyote, which is what carly is. so yeah there are a lot of mistakes and such for him to stumble on that would really kind of weigh on their brother sister bond. still, carly loves him, she'll fight for him, hell she'll do anything for him so he can always come to her if need be. maybe after the whole coyote thing he kind of opens up to her a little bit more about how he's so unhappy and she tries to help him fix it? just throwing it out there.

i also think that nate and dante would get along fabulously. neither is all in your face like "hey let's be friends" but still their both laid back and reserved and well, dante could use some friends. rowan would see a ton of her brother in him and would probably just leave it at that. she wouldn't want to impede on all of her brother's friendships so nate might be like the one guy that she doesn't make a point to really get to know.

london, london, london. first of all maggie's going to effing hate her. i can tell you that much. she probably won't give a damn at first when she and luca are at each other's throats but when they really start feeling something for one another, london's going to cause i big problem. i can see her and luca getting close but then she sees london around and just puts up a huge wall and won't let him in. plus, any time she sees her...well lets just say it won't be pretty. she's the daughter of a drug lord, crack shot with guns, is addicted to knives, and usually has a cool temper unless you fuck with her emotions. luca does just that. so yeah. she's scary and london's just going to wind up on her bad side no matter what.

it'd probably be a lot worse if maggie finds london hanging out with j.r. which, i could see these two shamelessly flirting one night in a bar or something. j.r.'s not a hugely bad guy. he's pretty much more like a teddy bear, but he'd harboring a lot of destructive feelings that could really get him in a mess of trouble. plus he's the 'heir' to their family's drug business. though he's a sweetheart he's pretty much bad news, even if he doesn't want to be. still he's a bit of a flirt and though he'd probably flirt with her and be gentlemanly when the night comes to an end, i can see london really, really tempting him. oh boy would that send maggie over the edge. seriously she'd probably threaten her and follow through with those threats. hell i can see someone having to hold her hands back as she's holding a knife. lmao. i love it.

london would flat out scare dante. he's not used to women like that and he just wouldn't know what to do with her. it'd be funny actually. rowan would be wary of her especially if she sees her with dante trying to make moves on him. carly might like her, but then again carly rarely likes anyone so that we'd just have to see about.

so i hope this helps, or at least gives you some idea as to what we could plot. :]

I definitely agree that Nate wouldn't approve of Carly's behavior. I could totally see him coming into the bar and grabbing her off of the bar and carrying her out and her kicking and yelling at him the whole time. hahaha Then they could have a sit down and Nate would be all "What's wrong with you?" and Carly would be all "What's wrong with YOU?" lol That would be epic. He definitely loves his little sister as much as she loves him, and I see him being even more protective over her simply because there's a good distance in age between them, and he inately wishes he could have 'saved' her from the bad things that happened in her life.

If Dante's laidback like Nate, they would definitely get along! As you know, Nate's really mellow, so he would grow close to another mellow guy a lot quicker than anyone else. He probably wouldn't mess around with Rowan a whole lot either, pretty much for the same reason she would leave him be, because he wouldn't want to make his friendship with Dante complicated. I could see him being friends with her too and maybe getting close to her just because he'd be comfortable around her and wouldn't see her as a romantic threat on his singleness. hahahaha If that make any sense.

LOL London will hate Maggie too once she knows about her. London's still got feelings for Luca even though it's been a while since they dated, and she's going to start feeling for him again once they get back into the groove, so I can see her despising Maggie once Luca finally admits he's engaged. London's not as scary as Maggie (LOL), so I could see her hating her but being like "okay whoa" when a knife comes out. hahaha I can DEFINITELY see some potential for London and J.R. if only because London would want to piss Maggie and Luca off. I could see her flirting with him to aggravate Maggie and in an attempt to make Luca jealous. xD Plus, if J.R. is "bad news" like you say, London would be inexplicably attracted to him simply because she's got this thing for guys who really aren't good for her. lol She likes the bad boys.

lol it's funny you say that about nate carrying her off all caveman over his shoulder because sebastian's going to do the same thing. i think with both of those boys they could really cause a problem for her at work. carly would be livid!!! she'd be so pissed about him dragging her off like that, but she loves dancing. it may not be conventional but she's not taking anything off so it's not as bad as either of them are making it out to be. she's just a little too young to be ogled at. still, i highly doubt she would stop unless her and seb got her fired. in that case she'd probably never speak to them again, just being dramatic but she'd at least not talk to them for a few weeks. maybe after she confesses to how much she loves the job he backs off a little? maybe she has him come in and see that she'd just dancing and there's nothing else to it besides waitressing? idk

yeah dante's a couch potato and couldn't be bothered to do anything that he doesn't want to do unless rowan makes him. these two will be friends most definitely and probably have no problems after that. with rowan, i could see them growing some friendship over time but it'd be no where near as close to what he and dante could have.

yeah maggie's flat out dangerous. probably best that luca keeps them separated but in case that doesn't happen, she needs to fear for her life. just saying xD. as long as j.r. was out of the loop as far as london trying to piss off maggie, he'd be fine with flirting, possibly more if it gets to that point. he comes across as a real gentlemen so i'm no so sure she'd see the danger in him quite yet, but get him around his sister doing something crazy and she'd see it full fledged right in the face. maybe she sees him blow up when london and maggie have a confrontation? then she can be all "woah, hot!" xD

Although he's protective, he's not narrowminded, so he'd probably support her even better than others once he knows how she really feels about the job and all that. It would be so epic if London went after J.R. just to get under Maggie's skin, and she flirts with him and whatever and then he finds out what she's doing and tells her to fuck off, and then she realizes that she actually feels more for him, and she screwed up. She'd probably appreciate the gentlemenly side of him at first, then she'd want him just because he's Mag's brother, and then when she sees the darker side of him, she'd be like "ooooo *licks lips*". hahahaha

aw that'd be great since no one in the family quite knows what maggie does for an occupation. she hasn't come up with a back story for where she goes and gets these awesome tips. maybe nate doesn't believe her story and follows her to bad seeds one night. but it'll be great that he supports her. it'll really mean more than you know to carly. maybe it'll be a little something between the two of them and nate can talk to her after it about his own issues?

haha yeah j.r. would be furious. he'd probably throw something, not at her but you get the idea. because i think he could feel something for her depending on how long the back and forth went before he finds out. she could bring out the bad side of him, something i've been trying to figure out how to trigger for a while. oooh funnn.

So first things first, Nate. First off, I love Matt Bomer, have ever since Tru Calling, before Chuck, before White Collar, not that I don't love him in those too. So I am really excited to have him here. We are definitely plotting him and Liz because COME ON! Cuteness. So if you want her backstory there is a fairly up to date summary in my who plays who. She's fairly complicated but she's kind of a pure heart despite everything. Right now, she has the most complicated relationship in the world that we call Riz which is between her and Riley Turner. They aren't together or anything but... right now she's in a dark place from guilt, but after confessing she'll be a bit more sane, then Izzy dies and she crashes again, before I finally get to start on healthy Liz who I am excited for. Anyways, I was thinking, especially if Nate was in LA, he could have known and been friends with Liz's older brother Kenny. He was like the only person who ever cared about her in her family, and just a nice guy, shady but nice and cool to chill with, plus he and Nate have pics from tru calling too, lol. And then that could give them a connection when they meet, like it would make Liz warm up to him a bit more, simply because Ken's death is what really threw her off the edge. Like Nate wouldn't have to know about any of the gang drama but still. Kenny probably would have mentioned Liz. Obviously we don't have to but it might be fun, and with Liz its probably a good thing to have a small way through to her because she's fairly hard to get to know, but if she met someone Ken knew whom wasn't part of the Sirens or gang world in general she hadn't heard of she would be curious.

They could also meet through her other brother Orion, who's a mechanic now at the local garage. I could see him and Orion being friends actually. Rion's much more... umm... rough edged? I guess he could be called, he's my Jared P. But yeah, he's a good guy too, dark past like all My Sirens but still. Wid would want to sleep with him to fuck with Liz, unless she and Liz are in better terms by then, then she would playfully flirt, because its who she is. Donny, my last siren probably wouldn't care one way or the other honestly. I have a million other charries but those are the ones that stand out, if you see any you want to plot with, go ahead and yell.

Now to Lovely London.

God she's gorg! I almost made her but ended with someone else instead, whom I love but I am so happy she's on the site. Anyways, Haley would kind of love her. Haley is another who has a summary already done on my who plays who. She's my girl, 17 going on 18. She grew up the daughter of Sirena Summers who is the editor and chief of Feminine Expressions which is the V-side worlds version of like vogue and runway in devil wears prada. Haley is now disowned and lives with her sort of cousin in a small apartment but she's getting her line started slowly, this year for her is kinda brooke on OTH inspired, senior, winning fashion design contests, selling online, etc. She's just getting into the business young and WILL be big success even with her mother hating on her, which is a feat with who her mom is in the fashion world. Haley loves it though, and she loves strong women in the industry she can idolize a bit, since her mother's off the list, lol and she would probably adore london.

Since London's plotting with Luca, I can see something happening with my Tony Giovanni, who is the Giovanni who betrayed the family by becoming an FBI agent, he's another who actually already has his summary up on my who plays who, good deal lol. We could do a friendship, he's a little busy in the love department atm plus him and Luca are already hating on each other enough lol. But yes, we should do something with them too.

first off with nate, we'll obviously be plotting with penny. she's almost done, i'm just trying to wrap up some other threads before i bring her in. but yes, they'll get along. we'll do some epic sutton-sibling plotting, i just don't know what else to say since she's not finished yet xD i fail. ok, but onto riley. riley is my disgustingly nice guy. he's 22, kinda gonna start going through lots of lady drama but he still has a good head on his shoulders. even if they seem like they'd be best buddies once you and anna start plotting nate and liz, riley's going to start getting jealous. liz and him have been through a lot, for never actually being romantically involved, but we won't expand on that till you and anna figure out a plot for liz and nate. riley's feelings will fall into place eventually. xD luca's from la too, so they could be friends. even if luca can barely keep friends outside of his family, i think it would be nice to have at least some outsider luca gets along with. maybe it's nate?

londonn. i've wanted a shantel on here for a long long time. she's so pretty, i'm jealous. so anyways, we got something epic going on with her and luca, which i really like since luca isn't a boyfriend type, er, he's not even relationship type, but when him and london were dating, i can definitely see him caring about her. she doesn't trust men, and he doesn't like getting close to anyone, so breaking up gave him the out he needed. so we'll be having some luca/maggie/london plotting. funny. in our current thread he's not even engaged yet but when they see each other in valkyrie he is. haha, strange strange. and he can't even really explain his and maggie's whole situation.
also, london and penny shall be plotting. their pictures are cute and penny is aspiring to what london already is, a fashion designer. they should have what millie/brooke had a couple seasons ago. where penny sort of works for london while learning the biz and they become good friends along the way.

We DEFINITELY have to have an epic Liz/Nate plottage b/c yeah, that pic is adorable! lol I also love that there's pics of him with her other brother Ken. That's just awesomeness incarnate. x) I'm in the boat for him having known Ken in LA, and that could be his way of getting in with Liz. Maybe she almost feels like he's part of her life from before everything went to hell b/c he knew her brother even though he didn't technically know her. You know what I mean? I can totally see some drama blossoming with Riz and Nate too once Nate and Riley also become friends and Liz and Nate get close. So awesome. xD

ORIONORIONORION! I am so in love with JPad it's not even funny. When I was looking at his profile and I saw that he was a mechanic, I was like "WHAAAA? HOWAWESOME?!" lol I could see Nate kinda being almost like an older brother/mentor kind of thing for Orion in the mechanic department without knowing about his whole "mercenary" thing. hahaha But if he did finally find out about Rion's dark past, Nate would be very understanding b/c, like with his little sis Carly, he's extremely overprotective, but when he finds out someone's true feelings and reasons for something, he supports them whether he agrees with their reasoning or not. He's just that awesome. heh Funny thought where Rion is concerned, I was actually formulating my Gio last night, and I remembered looking at his profile and I was thinking she would actually get along with him. When I finally get her made, we'll have to plot them too. ;)

I could see Nate ignoring Wid. lol Especially if she's trying to get in his pants (even if it's just to make Liz jealous). haha He's turned off by women he considers to be 'slutty' (which means they might not even be that slutty to begin with, that's just how he sees them lmao). However.... she could possibly be that 'one night stand' woman that he falls into bed with when he loses his mind and goes off the deep end! That would srsly screw up his relationships with everyone and fuck him over which is exactly what I want. haha I sound so mean!

On to London! I can most certainly see her taking Haley under her wing. London got into fashion very similarly to Haley, so she would definitely understand where she's coming from and where she wants to go. London abhors her mother (who is also a fashion designer, living in NY), so they would also have that in common. lol Besides, even though London is a bit bitchy on the outside, it's really just her defense against being hurt yet again, and she's soft and cuddly on the inside. She'd definitely have a soft spot for Haley.

I'm totally up for London being friends with Tony. She doesn't need anymore romantic drama in her life either, and I always love for my girls to have a good guy friend b/c hey, it's nice to have that guy who's like "No, that really does make you look fat" without you caring what they think. haha So yeah, friends works for them. 8D I can't wait to start threading!

Yay Riley! Ever since you first said that they would get along I've been waiting to plot them. hee hee I can totally see them being close - especially since they're so close in age - and things going to crap once Liz/Nate get something going on eventually. Nate could even help Riles through his lady drama even though Nate doesn't really have any experience with that. hahahaha He'd still feel the need to be supportive. lol I can see Nate getting along with Luca too just b/c Luca's not as much of the 'gangster' that his entire family is. Nate could be his coolheaded friend who helps him work through things without really knowing fully what Luca does. haha That would be cute. Nate would think they're talking about girl troubles or something while Luca's actually talking about trying to bump somebody off or something. lmao

For London and Luca, we already pretty know what's going to go on there, and it's going to be awesome! London is going to despise Maggie once Luca finally admits that he's engaged to her, and I can see London going off on him saying that he lied to her about being engaged even though he technically didn't b/c he wasn't engaged when they were together in Chi-Town. lol I was plotting with ruby up above too, and London's probably going to do some flirting with J.R. to piss Maggie off and to attempt to make Luca jealous. x) It's all going to be awesome, never-the-less!

London and Penny DEFINITELY have to be buddies! Besides the fact that I have a huge girl crush on SB, Lon and Pen will actually have a lot in common b/c of the whole fashion designer thing. I'm up for her being London's prettier version of Millie for a while. lol As they go along, they could become really good friends. I love your plots!

aw, he's so sweet<3 i love guys like him. i could see him being friends with either my boys gray or nate - both? xD they're both pretty relaxed guys. nate's in law school at the moment, a big brooder who is a good guy at the end of the day. he just earns his rent by being a big-time drug dealer, although it's really not what he wants to do. isn't involved in that world at all. basically a lonely yuppie who is pretty socialble once people get over his weirdness xD gray's a fashion photographer, very artistic, functioning alcoholic, doesn't like many people. for either one, nate's the kind of guy they would both rather hang around with. ooh ooh, i think we should plot him and my girl, remy (: i think they would mesh well, rofl. she used to be part of one of valkyrie's big, old-money families but got kicked out when she was sixteen and has been living it up in the shaks ever since. she's a bit reckless and having a good time is her numero uno focus, but she's a good person. independent, classy, sober - she's boring xD a lot of the peope she chooses to associate herself with are the total opposite of nate, and he'd be a real breath of fresh air to her. kind of like the person she wants to be when she gets older.

shantal<3 ah, she's such love. so gorgeous. and i'm lovin' the sound of her, heh. ooh, fashion designer? epic. she's plotting with haley, yes? epic-er. she's gotta be plotting with my cortese's - indiana and her brother, gray, whom i talked about up there xD indie is working for haley's mother right now, as a fashion slave intern. but down the line, she's going to get the reality check she desperately needs, and work with haley again. other than that, she's dangerously ambitious, overly confident in herself, likes to party, all that good stuff. her brother, gray, still needs to be finished at the moment ( it's only been...a year or so since i started him xD ). he has a complicated past with haley, but he ends up being one of her photographers for her line. indie would either really like, or hate london. she works with a lot of people like her, so she's used to them. she tries not to be bitchy, but she's got an attitude problem. ooh, has she travelled around to paris? that's where they're from, and only came to v-side this past summer. gray would find her both intimidating, and mildly amusing at the same time. anyone who has real drive and success is amusing to him. of course, i have no ideas but yeah, rofl.

hmmm, she could probably know my girl kiran slade. she's a supermodel from australia, but has been all over the world. at the moment, her career is dead, but that's getting fixed really soon. they're pretty similar. everyone around v-side knows kiran's a huge bitch, really shallow. she could have modelled for london sometime in the past? whatever angle, rofl. i'm having her backtrack her career for HF, and then becoming a runway queen, but yeah. just another fashion connection xD which are fun.

Both of your guys sound like dudes Nate would hang around with. He's so laidback and quiet that I think he would get along well with both/either of them. It sounds like Remy and Nate have a lot in common in the whole "fallen from the family" way. Nate's fam was in the know back in the day, so he would have that in common with Remy, and that would make him comfortable around her. Besides, Odette is so beautiful, we've definitely got to plot them SOMEHOW! hee hee Maybe they could crush on each other but it doesn't go anywhere? Or it could eventually turn into something more down the road, but they're just really good friends until then?

You love Shantel and I love Blake! So we've definitely got to have some London/Indie plotting! hee hee They seem really similar (especially in the bitchy kind of way as well as the fashion side of things), so I could see them butting heads at first. But, down the line, London could kind of become a role model for her, maybe? And London has definitely been to Paris. She actually met her ex-fiance there! hee hee She could have run into them there or something. As for Gray, London probably wouldn't run in the same circles as him, but he's MISHA so we have to work something out. hee hee Maybe she knew him before she went 'bitch' and went through all of the crap she went through with her ex. They even could have dated in the past if you want.

I could definitely see London and Slade knowing each other. She could have modeled for London in the past, and maybe London helps to get her back in the scene now that she's trying to get back? London's been working on a new line, so Slade could get her foot back in the door that way perhaps.
