Welcome to NYU
So what are going to do after high school? most people decided to go to college and become something of themselves, leader and professionals. The University of New York is the largest private, non-profit institution of higher education in the United States, with an enrollment of more than 40,000. It consists of 15 schools, colleges, and divisions, located in six centers throughout Manhattan. For four consecutive years NYU has been ranked as America's "#1 dream school" by the Princeton Review.
NYU counts 31 Nobel Prize winners; 9 National Medal of Science recipients; 12 Pulitzer Prize winners; 19 Academy Award winners (more than any other American university); 6 Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award winners; and MacArthur and Guggenheim Fellowship holders among its past and present graduates and faculty. Despite having an urban campus, NYU has an active student body and some of the first fraternities in the country were formed here.
Not only will you be a part of a wonderful school, but you will live in one of the most important cities in the world...New York, the big apple. You can walk around Times Square, have a picnic on Central Park, or visit The Statue of Liberty.
Come be a part of all the drama that NYU has to offer, you won't regret it. Remember... you are the future of this great nation
