Prince Phillip Drive: Estates
Prince Phillip Drive is a very private drive. Only a few families can live in this high-class end of town. The yards/houses, can easily fit at least seven of the house on Ocean View Drive into these plots of land. The houses that are here are the Estates. You would have to run it by the admins to live here.

Sun Valley Drive: Condos & Houses
Sun Valley is a very middle/upper class neighborhood. Mostly when you are not a 'shak' but not a 'Prince Phillipian' you end up here in Sun Valley. The house are great for families with more than two kids and the condos have the most gorgeous view of the city.

Olde Country Lane: Mansions & Condos
Olde Country Lane is a very high-class neighborhood. This is were most of the families live. Most adults envy to live in 'Prince Phillip' so most people decorate Olde Country to make it look like Prince Phillip so they can brag about it. The people here live near the Country Club and also have a great view of the city below them.
