Marque Galileo has been the Maffia boss since he was the young age of twenty, and just five years later he was ruling the whole of New York. The police and president insist that they control New York, but when it really comes down to it Marque did. He had his hand in anything and everything, and was not a virgin when it came to bribing people or killing for that matter. He was quite literally the Godfather of reality, and everyone feared him. He was untouchable and invincible, had gotten out of what must be hundreds of murder attempts to his life in his lifetime alone. Despite is hellraiser ways and huge world record breaking criminal record, girls flocked to him like he was candy. This really wasn't surprising considering how suave, charming and loaded he was. This however resulted in him having children. He only knew about one but knew he most likely had more throughout the city and beyond. He managed to raise his one child, a son called Dean, who became the spitting image of his father. Dean was just as deadly as his father and soon became second in command in the Maffia, much to the rest of the gang's annoyance. He was never well liked in the Maffia, but since he was just like his father they feared him just as much as they had feared Marque. Ironically Marque died in a freak accident when a huge gust of wind sent him flying down ten flights of stairs and onto an indian spear at a museum. He had been there to spend some "quality time" with his son and get him used to running the business.
After Marque, Robert Casanova was the next top dog in New York. Without him on your side you cannot get anywhere, especially when it comes to the title of Maffia Boss. Robert and Marque had always been close per say. Marque had known Robert's father, and when Johnathon and Helen Casanova were murdered by a group of gang members, Marque had always looked out for Robert as a last wish deal made by Robert's father. Hence why Robert was always so big in New York, his male ansestors had always been a part of the Maffia, and even though Robert wasn't a real part of it he still helped them out doing dealings and whatever to get more profit for his Casino and more money for himself.
Now the whole city in unsettled and nervous for the street wars to come. Dean is now vying for the title as Maffia Boss, as is Austin Black who Dean raised. Dean has no idea about Austin wanting the Maffia Boss title, but even so many more gang leaders want the coveted title and to rule NYC. There is only one problem; Robert has no plans to alligance with anyone unless it benefits him. So now it is a war between gangs over who can get Robert's alligance [and at any cost] to gain control over the city.

The more famous you get, or the richer you are, the more you become a sitting duck to these people. You have to look after yourself because no one else will. This is the one city that will push you to your limits and beyond...
