This is more of a, make your own site, means you make your own plot, but heres a little background information on the school.
Carlier High was founded by Martin L. Carlier in 1973. It started out as an all boys academic school, which means you had to have amazing grades to get in. But in 1986 they finally let girls attend. But there were stricter rules in the school, and they were enforced more and more.
1990 Mr. Carlier died of cancer, and his son, Edwin Carlier took over the school, he was a lot lighter on the rules, and they no longer had to wear uniforms, and it was no longer a hard school to get into.
Everyone in Carlier High seems to be here for a reason, whether they got in way too much trouble at their last school and needed some discipline, or they marks are above average and chose to further there education elsewhere. There are also a lot of aspiring musicians here, and an excellent music and art program.
Carlier High also offers a good counseling program, but no one's in it, they're all too stubborn. The school also has many places on campus that would be awesome to visit, and you are now allowed to leave the grounds without a year's worth of detentions to follow.
Yes, the school is certainly shaping up, but the students' attitude has changed, there was once very well mannered behavior in the halls, now all there is, is bullying, harassment and well everything else that comes along with high school. Edwin is happier that the school is more like any other, but better, and not like some delinquent detention facility.
