character extras & fun

so, i am completely in love with the site therefore i came up with a few ideas to have more character fun and it would also help advertising it and get the word out. how about if we made character accounts for myspace, facebook, even livejournal? make the characters come to life outside the site. of course the admins can add their own rules and regulations to this so it's done in a organized fashion....still, wouldn't it be cool?

yesss. i brought this up in the staff room, but i guess no one saw it.. >.< i think a myspace would be really fun. having charrie bulliten wars that we could mention happened in our posts. maybe some rules could be along the lines of keeping each profile on private so no actual pervs can add you, linking them to our site. secondly, everything on there is in character? I think that this is a awesome idea. Some people are banned from myspace/facebook and such but yeah, if people want to make one we should make one. I think it will be fun, I've seen some other sites do it.

Ohh I love this idea. The bulliten wars and crap like that would be very fun. But yes there is the problem with people being banned from myspace, facebook, and such websites like that so it would be quite hard.

Well, I would love to do the actual myspace experience, but in a way, it wouldn't be fair to others whom can't access it. So, maybe we make myspaces on the forums? Can be a bit of a hassle, buuut.. yeah.[/font]

i didn't know people were getting banned from myspace for doing this, since i have seen other sites doing it. that sucks, because it would be a lot of fun. i think people get banned when they have the page like they are the celebrities or something like that, and if there is a warning stating that it's just for roleplaying purposes, there shouldn't be a problem

No not like that Nat. Some peoples parents have banned access to myspace, and have a filter so they cant get on the site.

I like this idea. I think we should do it. More so the livejournals. Even though we ahve a diary on here.
