DOROTHY 'DOT' BISHOP

-HISTORY-
Dorothy Bishop isn't lucky nor is she un-lucky in life. She is average in her luck, though the downs do seem to outweigh the ups. Her birth parents Juliet Mont and Victor Bishop are no longer around, her birth Mother leaving when Dot was only a baby and then her Father passing away from a drug overdose just before she turned two, leaving Victors sister Margaret and her partner Izzy to raise her.
Dot was the 'weird' nerd girl right through school, though she did have a confidence that any pretty popular girl would envy. From a young age Dot knew her family was different and it didn't matter how much the kids picked on her at school she loved the idea of being different and having two Moms. Dot grew up with a 'water off a duck's back' attitude embracing who she was and thriving in being different.
She is a keen pianist taking lessons since the age of five (It is also the reason she was accepted into the academy) and always lived by her Mothers encouragement. She was raised in The Shaks and still lives there with her Mom's working part-time to help them out.

SHE'S THE KIND OF GIRL WHO LEAVES OUT CONDOMS ON THE BEDROOM DRESSER.
Unashamed, unabashed and un-shy. Dorothy is very liberal in the way she thinks, doing what she pleases with no regard for consequences or what people are going to think about her. She is very open with sexuality and talks about her's very openly causing people to something get the wrong (promiscuous) opinion of her.[/size]I'LL TAKE MY TEA LIKE THE QUEEN...
Her confidence in herself has made her a quirky girl indeed. She is somewhat popular in her own head but to other people her 'own' age in Valkyrie she is still the geeky girl from school, but there is no denying she has blossomed beautifully. Dot is a day dreamer and though she is grateful for the life her parents have given her, she wants to be succesful with her music and journalism always trying to better herself at what she does.[/size]______________________________________

Penny 'Unknown surname' is the second character I'm going to be bringing to life (I'm not to sure whether I want to create her or Dot first, for now I'm swinging towards Penny just because I have so much muse for her.) Anyways I'm having trouble picking her surname I have a couple ideas - and this is where I need your help.

A BIT MORE INFO
I don't want to give too much away about her, so this will be short, I hope. So Penny has been moving back and forth between Valkyrie and Seattle since she was 7 and has recently (in the last six months) come back indefinitely. Penny is 17 a Pisces enjoys photography, electronics, gaming and music from the indie/rock persuasion. She is practically invisible at the academy and will only have a small group of friends, Penny feels awkard around the Valkyrie girls and is very bitter and sarcastic towards them (or behind their backs), though she is very happy with her little invisible life.
Samaire Armstrong is going to be (or might be) portraying Penny. I don't know if anyone else was planning on using her, let me know if anyone was cause I have a couple of other faces to pick from. Samaire Just happened to fit best and she has plenty of people to plot with *nudgenudge*.
