I can't forget about it.
Not this time.
|ooc| a random plot that happened to pop randomly into my head one afternoon. =] AKA I love and want suggestions.
Isn't high school supposed to be the best times of everyone's life? Everyone always says that they "found themselves" in high school - what the fuck does that even mean? Lance Coolidge found himself when he was three. God, this place is so suffocating, isn't it? Who the hell can't wait to get their asses out of Valkyrie Academy anyways? We all know that my future characters, Lance [Astrid's older brother] is one of the school's brightest students, geekiest gamers and master hackers, yes? Well, you do now.
In this particular plot - which still needs a hell of a lot of work - VA gets yet another blow. We've seen it all around here, haven't we? Car accidents, memory losses, pregnancies, HIV patients, alcoholics, drug addicts...you name it, Valkyrie has seen it at least once. Anyways, here's the lowdown:
One particular school "bully", [personONE], seems to have taken a liking to mocking/taunting/whatever to our resident gamer, Lance. Who could blame them? The guy's a walking dictionary. Either way, it's been going on since he started attending Valkyrie, and hasn't stopped in the slightest - and, lately, seems to have increased to cruel comments and nasty hazing. Which, as a result, slowly begins to break him and push him closer to the edge, until he snaps in front of everyone, including [personTWO], one of his closest friends.
But who pays any attention to the backstage crew, anyways?
As time passes, Lance begins to work on his version of ultimate revenge: a super virus. A virus which, when activiating by some clueless student, spreads like wildfire throughout the entire system. Passwords, personal files, test answers, school records, e-mails, IM conversations - anything and everything kept secret online are all made very public. One extra bug he added? A program which shuts down virus detection and deletion software. Never should have teased a genius, [personONE].
Anyways, [personTWO] eventually puts two and two together about Lance's random disappearances and vindictive attitude, exploiting his entire virus to his friend; who wouldn't try and stop him? After a confortaton and attempt to stop the entire thing, Lance simply blows up in [personTWO]'s face and activates the virus himself.
So yeah, that's basically it. x3
I dunno if I'll even go along with it, hah. But the aftermath might be interesting? Let me know.
