Ok! We have our nominees for our student council elections. As of now, no one else can sign up, (but if you missed this, or really want to be on, I could still squeeze you in, just pm me ASAP.) So, out of these nine, you will be voting who you want to make it.
Though, we will be doing this a little differently. I know usually there would be 'x' amount of people trying for president, 'x' amount of people trying for vice, and so on. But, we don't have enough people to do that, so this is how we are going to do it. As of now, everyone will just be going for president. Candidates will be organizing their speeches, for you, the student body. Candidates, you can be as creative as you want with your speech, just remember it has to be truthful, go against your own words could cause problems for you in the future.
Now, we can do it one of two ways. One; hold another small event where we would all go into the auditorium and your character would orally give a speech to the students in their, and then I would copy and paste your speech into a poll, so you would be able to vote on who gets on, or two; we skip that and go right to the polls, where I would still copy&paste your entire speech onto the poll, and the students would be able to vote. Candidates will have to pm me on what one they prefer.
Now, this is how voting goes: There are five positions. I know some schools do it differently, but I do think I'm missing some others, xD. So, if someone has a list, thanks. Send it to me, haha. I have: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Spokesperson. I do I'm missing some, so yeah...
But, back to voting. Based on how many votes you have that will determine what position you will get. I know, that is not how it goes, as in, if you wanted secretary and get another one, but again, if we had more kids, this would be a different story.
So, let me know what you think on this for the assembly or not. Thanks!

I didn't know if you wanted people to PM you this or post it here so..yeah. xD I think you should just skip to the polls. Some of the people on the sign-ups list have lots of post to make already. From what I know from the thread tracker at least...

Ok, so I have figured out all positions today (thank good for student elections week at school, xD) And anways, I have found out there are eight positions, and we have nine. It may be a little tight, and I would feel awful when one of you didn't make it. Also found out spokesperon is a along the lines of public relations, so yeah... Tell me what you think. Here are the positions:
President Vice President Secretary Treasurer Public Relations Clubs & Organizations Chief of Staff
Crap, I am forgetting one...heh.

There are lots of people on the list [well some were deleted members] so I just wanted to know, what's the average size you want the speech to be?

There really is no minimum or maximum, it's up to you how you get into it. I guess as long as you get your point across to everyone, it's good.
