WHy didnt Luke tell him that they'd be with Reed? THis was going to suck. Joey couldnt help but picture walking into the hotel room and seeing Ashley and Reed in bed. And god, did that horrify him. His sister may think he was a complete ass for trying to keep her away from Reed, but, in all actuality, he was trying to protect her. He had always tryed to protect her from people like Reed, and just to see himself fail in keeping her safe, it gave him the chills. And thats what made him truely pissed off at his sister. And what was even worse, was he knew that Reed was right. He knew that Reed could very easily has Ashley all to himself, he knew that Reed could make Ashley do anything he wanted her to do. And that made Joey feel more like a faileur then ever. "Reed. Seriously, all bull-shit aside. If Ashley ever comes home, impregnated with your kid, then dude, you better sleep with one eye open." And with that. Joey was gone. And whathe said to Reed, that was the truth.
"Ah well, make sure you dont kill him. He may be an ass, but I have to love 'em" Ashley shrugged. She leaned back against the wall to the bus and looked at Reed. A smile spread across her face. Ashley let out a little "Ah" as he poked her. She hadnet expected that. Laughter started to pour out of her mouth as he began to tickle her. Ashlet tried to curl up into a little ball, but, even as she did he kept tickling her. And she kept laughing. Probably making a scean. But did she care? Noway. "Okay. Okay" she giggled. "Your Right" she said, still laughing. But as soon as he stopped tickling her, she leaned into him and whispered to him. "Not" Childish. Yes? Totally Ashely. Of course.
"Ah. Well, not many people know this. But we arnt fully related. Different mothers. Same father. I think thats why we are so different though. I take after my dad, and he takes after his mom, whom neither of us know. But. I expect that she is an uber diva, seeing as she left him" Ashley nodded. Reed was the first person that she ever told that she wasnt fully related to Joey. Seeing as to her, that was a very touchy subject to her. "So, it kind of does make sence for us to be nothing alike"
As the attendent had said that they were leaving Valkyrie, Ashley smiled. She curled up closer to Reed, resting her head on his side. "Finally" she whispered. She was so excited about Vegas that she hadnet gotten much rest the night before, so you could guess that she was tired. But. She wasnt planning on sleeping. She was just planning on resting, next to Reed, where she felt completely comfertable.
[It completely sucks, I know]

Faden shrugged, "Oh we wouldn't mind." He said. It'd be nice to maybe make a friend who was, well male. He didn't have too many friends to begin with, since well, he was the weird kid and the only person he could talk to was Laura. She'd always be his best friend, even if he got transfered to a different foster home, which he hoped he didn't. He liked the people he lived with, well, apart from Doug.
"Of couse not. Why would we?" She asked rather rhetorically to show he was welcome. She smiled, happy he would be coming along. She enjoyed spending time with him. That night in the theatre was nice. Nothing too personal, just talking about randomness. It had let her forget some of the things that had happened. Maybe not forget, but move past. Which was probably even better than forgetting.
"It's going to be incredible." Faden added, "I've always wanted to go to one of their show but I've never been able to. Thank god I've been saving for so long. This way I can buy tickets. No I mean I have been saving like a banker, really. Got a second job and everything. Tell him, haven't I been saving?"
Laura held in a laugh but looked up at Ben and nodded, "He has."
"Exactly."
"But I'll be paying for your ticket, already baught them online Faden, let's call it a late birthday gift....or early..I guess....no late. I was right."

Daphne cocked her head to the side, "You do? I hardly remember him at all. But, you know, maybe the seniors would," she said shrugging and looked back at the front of the bus where Mr. Mystery was talking with another one of the younger teachers, Lance Broker. She had never met the teacher but surprise surprise, she had heard a rumor that she was having sex with him. Yeah, she didn't even know him, but whatever.
“Yeah, and I bet you a bunch of fake rumors will go around about what we will do. ”
Daphne smiled and looked at the girls, "Just fake? I'm sure there will be a lot of real ones of us. Like...Anne and the student teacher," she said and looked at Anne. The bus, trudged on forward and Daphne looked out the window, watching the scenery change from the houses, to the vast dry plains they were travelling on the desert. With each second they were close to having the times of their lives and Daphne couldn't help but start getting excited.
She turned her attention back to Anne and nodded, "Pretty much. It doesn't matter where we are, as long as we have the people in this bus now, the gossip and rumors will never escape," Daphne said with a sigh, as if it was a burden, though she knew very well that everyone liked attention. "The VIP room?" Daphne widened her eyes. She had heard of the Tangerine club at the hotel they were staying at. She once read a magazine that Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton party there all the time. "Well, this will be interesting, especially if he's coming. Do we even know what room he is staying at?" Daphne asked to no one in particular. "Hm, maybe we could ask Reed," she offered and looked up to where they saw Reed before, who was now sitting in his seat with Ashley Adams.

Haley shook her head, "yeah, We lived aroud the same parts of th Valks. " She replied with a small shrugg. She glanced over, he was speaking to Mr. Broker. Mr. Broker always weirded her out a bit. She had heard many things about him and students. She knew some of them were lies since Daphne was in one of them but she has heard things with him and Amanda and him and multiple different students. They can't all be lies, right?
She looked up as Bridget walked over and joined in the converstation, "Hey the more they talk about us the more pathetic they come." She said with a smile. "I say let them say what they want." She gripped the handle of her purse, feeling the faux leather. She could've afforded real and as much as she loved high quality items, she simply couldn't bring herself to supporting the butchering of animals for fashion.
Maybe she was different from these girls? Knowing, very few of them would be caught with a faux leather purse. Haley wondered if Daphne ever thought about the old gang, or the people she used to be friends with before shooting into popularity. Haley was able to hang out with the popular group, she was considered part of it, but she really didn't become good friends with any of them, not really. She knew she could be stabbed in the back any moment by any of them. Which was why she was so scared to piss any of them off, especially Anne.

Lance looked up at the young student teacher who called himself Riley. He had never heard of a student teacher coming to Valkyrie, but he shrugged it off. He stood up and a huge smile came to his face. He grabbed Riley's hand. "Nice to meet you, Riley. I'm Lance. Lance Broker. I'm the drama teacher here at Valkyrie. I came along, sort of as a chaperone, but also because Vegas was my favorite part of the school year when I came to Valkyrie." lance was positively excited at meeting someone new, especially on an already exciting day. "So who's your brother? I don't have any students with the last name Turner, as far as I know... But I have a lot of classes, so I forget all the time." He laughed about all the mistakes he made with names.
***
Jake turned to see where Nikki had gone to. He saw her sister, then somebody he knew as Joey, another he recognized as someone named Reed, and... Ashley. He turned pale and quickly turned around to slump down in his seat. Nobody had told him Ashley was coming to Vegas. He didn't want to ever run into her. He just hoped she hadn't noticed him right then. He had no idea she had seen him before. He bit his lip as the color slowly came back to his face. He ran his hand through his hair and took a deep breath. All he had to do was stay with Nikki and Ashley wouldn't be a problem... Right?

God, no one made him get so angry like Joey did. Talk about why Reed had anger problems, this was the source of that fury. He tighted his hand into a fist and tried so hard to not just punch Joey so hard that he wouldn't wake up for a long time. What was with all the pregnant jokes? It was bad enough that Reed had to wake up everyday and face the fact that he probably got Scarlet Pregnant, but now making jokes about this. Joey went away and Reed let him though he felt like holalring back to him if that was a threat. It was bad enough that he would have to share a suite with Joey, and he didn't feeling like arriving together with bloody noses and lips. He would just have to ride the wave and wait until their pot started to boil. They both knew it was just a matter of time.
He stopped tickling her as she told him that he was right. But when she said not he looked at her and moved his arms, just to scare her, but he said, "Oh, I'll get you back in Vegas, you just wait. It'll be when you least expect it." He listened to her as she told them that Joey and her weren't really related, but rather just half-siblings. This was news for him, because he would have never of guessed. "Well, if you ask me," he started, "I don't think it matters how much of sibling you are. A forth, a half, or even if it is full, it just matters how much you care for each other. I know Joey and I don't see eye-to-eye on....anything, but, I know that he cares about you a lot. I mean, look how hard he is trying to keep you away from me. He hates me, my reputation, and everything I do, and it kills him that, as your older brother, that he can't 'protect' you from something he hates. That's not friend, or even boyfriend behavior. That is siblings down to a 't'. I know if I had a younger sister, I would be the exact same way."
Ashley curled up next to him and he wrapped his arms around her. As quiet as the moment was, he couldn't help but ask, "I'm not trying to ruin anything Ash, but why isn't Scarlet going?"

Riley shook the man who called himself Lance with a grin. "Oh, so you graduated from Valkyrie? I don't think I remember you. I graduated from here too. I'm twenty-one, how old are you?" he asked as he sat down in the empty seat. He couldn't say he remembered Lance, but he looked like he was older than Riley. Drama. Riley took a drama class when he attened Valkyrie. Though he was no good, it didn't really matter since he was confident and as long as he was able to get the words done without studdering, most his classmates laughed. I mean, his rendition of John Travolta's Saturday Night Fever was hilarious and he got an 'A' on it.
"My brother's name is Reed. Though I'm sure he is not in drama. That kid couldn't act if his life depended on it. But, I'm starting on Monday and I'm afraid of getting freaked remembering names. Though I'm sure most kids just won't show up. I remember the Monday getting back was like a major hangover. Finally all the alcohol we had over the past four days kicked in. Major headache and I swear I couldn't feel my legs," Riley said remembering those Mondays like they were yesterday.
But, Riley wasn't much into drinking back then, but somehow he was peer pressured into drinking and unlike his brother, he couldn't hold his liquor. Even now that he was 'officially' able to drink, he probably didn't have more than a few bottles of beer since October, since only a month ago he had turned twenty-one.

Lance laughed as he remembered graduation day. "I sure did... I'm twenty-six, so that is probably why you have no clue I graduated from here. Five years ahead makes all the difference..." Oh, that graduation day was wonderful. He began wondering how many guys would do what he had done for graduation. Once he got up there and shook his least favorite teacher's hand, he knew nobody would forget the look on that man's face. Lance had slipped a shocker button on his hand just before he got to that teacher, and he was retiring, too. Boy, did that day inspire laughs...
Lance tapped his chin thoughtfully. "Reed... Reed... Nope, never heard of him. Don't worry about names. All you have to do is become friends with most of them, then their names will just click. It's always the easiest way. Plus, if you don't remember, just point and say, 'Ya, you.' That always works." Lance laughed when he talked about kids with hangovers. "Well, Valkyrie really hasn't changed much. Except now, the kids are used to hangovers and it doesn't really affect them much." He laughed again. He was just a fan of laughing.
Lance knew that even though he had started drinking at the age of fourteen, he still didn't drink responsibly. If it was possible, he was probably more irresponsible with alcohol now than he was back then. He had never been pressured into drinking, he had chosen it. However, he knew he had pressured plenty of other people to drink. He hadn't realized the damage he had done until a few years ago when he put a friend into rehab... Boy, was that sad.

Ashley jumped when he lifted up his arms to scare her. But once he put them down she let out a small laugh. A smile now spread on her face. "I don't know why I just dont tickle you to death after that" Ashley giggled in spit of herself. "You know, the egyptions actually did that, they tickled people to death" Ashley nodded. She learned that in 6th grade, when they did reports on Egypt. She had done the Gods and Godesses, while her friend had done Crime and Punishment. Thats how she learned the deaths.
"Mhm. You just try it, see what happens" Ashley responded to his comment about getting her back in Vegas. She knew he probably would, I mean, Vegas was going to be a long trip, and the two were destind to spend time together, and if Ashley had her way, they would be spending a lot of time together.
"Yeah. I know. The fact that we arnt full siblings never changed anything between us. I mean, we are as tight as siblings can be. We are like, eachothers best friends." Ashley said, then took a small puase, just to soak in what she was saying. "And yeah, I know, it's natural for him to want to keep me away from you. I mean, hes never aproved of anyone I liked. But, sometimes he just goes a little over board" Ashley said. She didnt want to ramble on and on. But yes. She still did have a lot more to say. "He'll say and do things that are completely un-called for. Like, going and sparking a fight with you when you were at work. But, I mean, I think he thinks that he has to be a father figure and a brother to me. And I think he is way to young to know how to be a father figure, so he just tries, and fails. Pretty bad." Ashley sighed. "Sorry if Im going on and on. Its just, I could talk forever about family issues"
Ashley sighed as she looked back at Joey. Obviously looking for Amanda. What Reed didnt know was, the true reason she was ticked at her brother was that he didnt stop her mother from being an evil bitch, and, he never gave her the time of day for anything other than telling her to stay away from Reed. She hated that. THe two used to be best friends, but now, her brothers life revolved around Amanda. "Another thing is, I mean, he is way to crazy about Amanda, so much that, he only talks to me for like, 5 minutes a day now, and thats to lecture me about staying away from you. It does get a little annoying at times" Ashley whispered. Making sure he brother didnt hear. She leaned back into her seat, and began to swing her legs back and forth.
---
"Nah, your not ruining anything. Its normal for you to want to know. I was actually waiting for when you would ask that" Ashley nodded. She looked up at him, then back down at the leather seat. "Ah well, she was planning on comming, I mean, she and I were pumped, but, she decided not to, last minute. She said that she would end up getting ass drunk and she was afraid that would cause her- I mean, your- I mean, both of your baby to get down syndrome or something along those line"

Bridget smiled as Anne talked about the VIP passes. She had heard great things about the Tangerine club. She looked over at Reeds brother, the student teacher. He was definitely gorgeous. "Go ask him." she said to Daphne, grinning. Daphne was right, this would be interesting. She could only imagine her and her friends partying down in Vegas. Anne probably with the student teacher by the first night. As she sat there she could only think of all the things that were going to happen in Vegas. And in a few hours they would been down there living it.
Bridget turned to look at Haley. "I like your purse." she said, noticing Haley's leather purse. Bridget was one of the people the could tell real from faux. Everybody else would probably assume it was real. Bridget wouldn't tell anybody. She just wondered why Haley would buy a faux, she was rich enough to buy a real. Probably a present or maybe she wasn't a supporter of the real animal stuff. She sometimes felt bad using animal fur or skin, but that wouldn't stop her from buying one.
"I wish it didn't take so long to get there. I hate having to wait." Bridget said. She was never known as the patient one. She would always have having to wait for things like standing in line or waiting to be told something. She would prefer just to know right away or do it them rather then to wait. She had to admit though, being with all your friends on a bus going to Vegas was pretty exciting and she kind of liked the suspense.

"Hey you" he said a small smile on his face as Emilia came up to him, the smile turning into a smirk as he saw the look on Ben's face. He could understand why the kid would be pissed at him, but that didn't keep him from finding the situatuion funny. Ben was what, a sophmore? Common now, did he really have a chance against Luke? Plus, it was Emilia's choice to go, and her life that Luke was changing, not Ben's. Not too much long after Kelsey came up to them, giving him a kiss on the cheeck. Ha, how cute. Too bad Luke wasn't one to usually go for "cute", he was more of a "hott" kinda guy, so he smoothly wrapped his arm around her waist and gave her a sweet kiss on the lips too return her kiss on the cheeck. Despite them being a couple, they rarely ever saw eachother that much, and during this trip they would hopefully be seeing eachother a lot more. The large amount of time they would be together looked to either make or break their relationship, and they just had to go and hope for the best. "I'm ready, of course" Luke was born for this kind of stuff. Just then he heard the driver loudly announce that they would be leaving soon. Luke nodded his head towards the bus, allowing Emilia to go on first, and then grabbing Kelseys hand leading her to follow him. So far things looked to be going well between the three of them, and Luke hoped that it would stay that way throughout the whole trip. After telling Amanda his plan to help Emilia in Vegas, she immediately shot it down. She told him that there was no way that he would be able to pull off hanging out with two girls the whole time, especially if one was his girlfriend, and the other was just some random girl who wasn't even friends with his girlfriend. He did see flaws in the plan, but for the most part he just hoped everything would be okay, and if not...he always had alcohol to support him. When he first stepped on the bus he saw some people he didn't know, or care about, and then a few seats back he saw Frankie. Ew. "Wuddup fag" he hissed as he walked by heading further into the bus. God he hated that kid. And Emilia thought he was cool too? What the fuck? That only made his situation worse, but Luke wasn't going to let that ruin his trip. "Ladies" he said with a small smile and nod as he passed Daphne, Anne, Bridget, and Haley talking. They were all hott, but he had too much history with them..and oh yeah, a girlfriend. Then he noted a hold up in the middle of the bus which happened to be..oh shit. Reed and Joey. They were getting at it this early on the trip? He knew there would be some bad blood between them, but if they were ready to cut each others throats this soon, then Chase and Luke seemed to have a lot of work ahead of them splitting the two up. But, did Luke really have a choice? He didn't want some weird kid rooming with them, or even worse, his sister, who would just be all over Joey the whole time. He thought of it as the only possible choice, and if Joey and Reed had to suck it up for a few days than so be it. Of course, this was coming from Luke who would never even consider rooming with one of his enemies, but he had little skill in self reflection.
When the three finally found a spot to sit, he let Kelsey have the window seat, he had the aisle seat, and Emilia had the aisle seat of the row over. "God, I'm gonna get so drunk tonight, it's not even an option" he stated upon sitting down, realizing that the bus was actually moving. "I didn't go out last night 'cause I didn't wanan have a hang over now or anything, but it's like I'm on alcohol withdrawl or some shit" he said shaking his head knowing it was the sign of a true alcoholic. "But, whatever. Oh yeah, Kelsey, this is Emilia" he nodded his head in her direction, "I think I've told you about he before" he said refrencing his plan to make her popular, "And Emilia, this is Kelsey". He'd definitely talked about her before to Emilia, but for Kelsey's peace of mind he added on the end, "my girlfriend".

As people loaded the bus, taking seats with their friends ad chatted it up, little miss Amanda Summitt grew quite impatient at the back of the bus. Why had she chosen one of seats farthest in the back? One reason was becuase she still carried around that childhood mentality telling every kid that all of the cool kids sat in the back, and the other was because she wanted to get as far away from Daphne as possible. God, if that girl even came within two feet of her... bad things would happen, to say the least. As it turned out, sitting in the back wasn't a very convenient place to sit. She saw everybody loading onto the bus, but she was too far away to get anybodys attention without yelling, and she wasn't in the mood for making a scene, at least not yet. In addition, she was really only looking for one person,Joey, and he still hadn't found her yet.
Crossing her legs, she relaxed in the seating taking note of everything and everybody. Who was sitting with who, who was looking especially good, or especially bad, etc. The first person she noticed was Reed, and oh, was that his brother? A small smirk played on her lips as she spotted him from far away, realizing what all of the fuss was about. He did look very very good, if she could say so herself. Was he worth ruining her relationship with Joey over? No, most likely not, but he was definitely fun to look at. Who was he sitting next to? Was that Lance? He was looking pretty good too, and she wondered about how much she would see him during the trip.
Very soon after she pushed thoughts of her and Riley and Lance out of her mind, she spotted Joey walk on the bus. Did he see her? He seemed to be walking farther down the bus, heading towards the back where she was, so she remained seated waiting for him to come close enough for her to wave and smile. Erg, why did he stop walking? What the fuck? She stood up slightly in her seat to get a full veiw of..Reed and Joey. God fucking dammit, they didn't have time for this. The bus was going to leave, and Amanda didn't want it to leave without her and Joey securely sitting together. What made matters worse was she knew that Luke had them all staying together. Why the hell he did something stupid like that was beyond her, but she knew that things were not going to blow over well with that situation.
She rolled her eyes thinking about the whole situation between Joey and Reed. It was all over Ashley. Aww, poor little Ashley can't figure shit out on her own so she needs her brother to come and fix things for her, and when he does she doesn't even appreciate it. God, that girl need to grow up. And then when she did grow up, she needed to stop relying on Joey so much, so Joey and Amanda could be together with no inturreuption. Yeah, it was a selfish idea for Amanda to have, but it didn't stop her from wishing that Ashley wasn't on Joey priority list. It didn't matter if Amanda was first and Ashley was second like it seemed to be, Amanda wanted to be first with no second, third, fourth, or fifth place. There would be first, and first only. Even though they were the same age, Amanda looked down upon Ashley as if she were a little kid-a little kid that she married into and didn't want. God did she wish she could send that little kid off to boarding school.
Shaking the thoughts from her mind, she wanted to get up and seperate the two, but she refrained. Joey could handle his own battles, and it wasn't her place to step in. Just as soon as the whole Joey-Reed thing seemd to calm down, Joey had another interuption. Standing up slightly again, she saw that it was Natalie Malinda, Nikki's sister. Sitting back down, Amanda thought of what they could possiby be talking about. It was pretty obvious by now that Natalie hated both her and Luke, but Amanda didn't think too deep into it. Maybe she just hated people younger than her, or something like that. Natalie, Ashley..they were all the same in her mind. The only child she wouldn't hate would be her and Joeys, when they got older, of course. As soon as Nikki grabbed Natalie away, Joey seemed home free except for..god. Another Joey and Reed encounter. "Joeyy" she whined quietly to herself, "commonn". The bus driver had annoced that they would be leaving soon, and he was still standing aimlessly in the middle of the aisle arguing with Reed about his stupid sister. Even Luke, Kelsey, and that girl..Emilia she believed, had sat down.
As soon as Reed sat back down with Ashley, Amanda stood up, leaving her things where they were, and walked over to the middle where Joey was just as the bus started to move. "Hey you" she got up on her tip toes, kissing him quickly, and then laced her fingers with him. "I'm sitting over here" walking back to her seat, she lead him to sat down. She just couldn't take it anymore, she needed to be with him, even if she had to go and get him. Taking the window seat and allowing him the aisle seat, a cute smile formed on her lips, "Are you ready to have the best time of your life?" she leaned onhis shoulder a little, "with me, of course"

Post by Anne Lévesque on Mar 31, 2007 14:39:19 GMT -6
"Oh I hope so. That.. I'll be able to tolerate." Anne smirked mischievously when Daphne pointed out that a real fact will be around school that she had hooked up with Riley. To be quite honest, this was all girl's talk. Nothing Anne said at the moment felt comforting. The person she really wanted to talk to was Oscar. She wanted to thank him, and say she was sorry for how she treated him. But no, she couldn't give in. She had eye candy to look for, Reed's brother, right? Sure, the new student teacher looked good enough to eat, but Anne didn't know him.. and by doing that it felt so.. Jason Lévesque. But since when did she start dissing her brother? Truly, she was the closest thing related to Jason in California at this instant, and she was insulting him? But then again, when did she start caring? Too much thinking was her conclusion.
"Go ask him, Daph. And of course, if he's too busy with Ash we can just.. find his room." Anne said, smirking to herself and imaging herself flying through the hotel hallways in nothing but silk lingerie looking for Reed's brother. She'd seduce him and they'd make love just because the both of them were gorgeous. Interestingly enough, and a big secret that Anne has kept from everyone besides Daphne, Bridget and Ashley, was that Anne was a virgin. And for some reason, as beautiful as this student teacher was, she didn't feel the jitters of making love to him. Hooking up sounded extravagant though, for she could only imagine what he was like drunk. While Anne was in deep thought about the situation, she didn't notice two things. One; that Bridget had complimented a purse that Anne simply had forgotten to look at, and two; Luke Summitt nod to them. Wasn't he going out with Kelsey? Apparently, from what Amanda told her. Although, she did however, hear Bridget's complaint. And agreed.
"I know. Sitting in this traveling pube mobile for six hours? Thank god for good service at Treasure Island." Anne said, sighing as she rested her elbow on the arm chair and placed her head boredly in her palm.

6:00 p.m - Jumping Ahead About Twenty Minutes from the pitstop.
"Twenty-six," Riley repeated, "Looks like right as I was starting high-school, you were starting college. Well, nonetheless, it's good that we both on this trip. I'm sure we'll have some fun. Riley could already imagine how much fun the two chaperones could have. This time, it was very different. This time Riley didn't have to sneak into certain places, smuggle the alcohol. Now, he was the big two - one, and he was able to do things legally, and not illegally like it had been done in the past. But, he knew the game. Every single one of these kids were going to committ at least one crime within the four days they were going to be here. If it was from smoking pot, to stealing. Drinking, or gambling, it was going to be done, because he lived that already. Not that he was about to tell it all in a book, though that would make a wonderful novel or autobiography. Riley took a mental note on that.
"Yeah, I'm not surprised. That kid is not involved in anything besides track, and besides that he is the biggest hermit. Between that club and his apartment...." Riley trailed off, feeling a bit bad that he was talking smack about his brother. But, then again, Reed would probably be saying the same things. 'That studdering literature freak.' or, something like that. Riley laughed, "'Hey you', is probably the best way to go," Riley said chuckling, taking advantage of the pointers. He nodded, "Yeah, but I think Valkyrie has always been a town full of drunks. This is a big drinking town. You see, I go up to UCLA for school, and I thought, 'Wow, L.A. Big into drugs and alcohol. But compared to us, Los Angeles is nothing," Riley said as he noticed that after his first year in Los Angeles.

Joey wandered down the hall. He was thinking of ways to get Ashley away from Reed. He couldnt let his sister be heart broken by some man whore. Joey came down to the conclusion that he either had to lock Ashley up in some tower and make sure he cut her hair often so she didnt pull some Rapunzel shit, or he had to kill Reed. The locking Ashley in a tower had a lot of complications to it. First he would have to build the tower, then, there was the endless hours of having to bring her up food and clothing, and that would take time away from him and Amanda. Another problem would be that he would have to make sure that she didnt run away during the whole building of the tower.
In his mind, murdering Reed seemed a lot more practical. Of course, there was the whole thing of being charged for murder, but if he testifyed that it was for self-defence, and he was able to some how lead Reed to almost mudering Joey himself, then Joey wouldnt be put in prison. Maybe just a few years of comunity service and probation but- wait. What the hell was he thinking? He wasnt going to murder some dude to save his sister. He would do almost anything for her, but he wouldnt murder a man. There had to be another way.
As Joey passed Luke he stooped down. "Dude, you are so going to have to figure out a way to keep Reed and I away from each other, cause some bad shit is going to go down if that doesnt happen" And with that, Joey stood up, nodded to Luke then began to walk again. What he said was true. He was actually begining to worry about the whole hotel situation. He didnt want to end up killing someone, I mean, he had always hated death. But. He was afraid death might be caused if the two were forced to room together, and that didnt just mean Joey hurting Reed. Joey was actually afraid of Reed hurting Joey. He knew Reed was smart enough to figure out a way to.
Then, Joey was givin a surprise. Not a bad one, in fact, it was a pleasent surprise. Amanda appered in front of him. She alone took away all of his thoughts about Reed and murder and of course Rapunzel. "Hey beautiful" he said, loud enough for the people around them to hear. Hlightly grabbed Amandas hand and gave her a little twirl. "You look gorgeous, as always" he whispered to her. He did indeed want the whole world to know that they were togethe, but he didnt want them to know everything about them. He wanted them to remain the way they were. And as of the time being, they were the couple that everyone knew about, yet at the same time, the couple that everyone knew nothing about. People didnt know the connection that the two held, and Joey, personally liked it that way. It made life seem more mysterious, full of more surprises.
Joey followed Amanda toothe back, so he could sit with her. "Trying to stay away from Daphney, Im guessing" He asked, yet, it came out as more of a statment. The reason for that was because he knew that that was the main reason that she was sitting in the back. But, little did Amanda know, sitting in the back is exactly where Joey wanted to sit. Ever since he was a child, he had been convinced that the cool kids sat in the back, so, needless to say, sitting in the back was a regular to him. It was like home.
Joey wrapped his arm around her as she leaned into him. He knew that Ashley would call this a perfect picture, that is, if it wasnt Amanda that was with him. He smiled as Amanda, happy to be in her presence at last.
"Nah" Joey yawned. "Im not ready to have a good time, Im ready to have a great time with you" Joey added quickly after. And that was the truth. Having a great time with Amanda was the top thing to do on his agenda. He needed to have a great time with her, and they were going to. He was going to make sure of that, if it was the last thing he did!
