ooc|| Sorry I'm posting under Reed. o__0 I was replying to a board under Reed.
She sat back down as he put his arm around her. She scooted closer and leaned up against him, her head on his shoulder. What was this that they were doing? Daphne knew she couldn't explain it. Would he?
"What are we doing?" she whispered as they watched the waves, staring out onto the horizon. Daphne could never remember that sitting like this is what friends did often at six in the morning on the beach. [/size]

Josh felt her head against his shoulder. This was a sign, he just had to find what was the right thing to do next. The connection between them was getting stronger, he knew it.
"I don't know," he said to her," but I like it."
He did. He watched the waves go and the sky getting lighter. It was six in the mourning, on the beach. Most things don't happen then, but for Josh and Daphne it was just beginning. Or at least, that is what Josh wanted.

"I like it too," she agreed. She looked up with her clear blue eyes and pondered for a moment. Should she go for it? It was a long shot, but they obviously felt the same. At this moment.
She like him, yes, but today when he came everything seemed to change. They had hardly spoken, but sometimes actions were more powerful than words begin said.
"Do you like this?" she asked barely above a whisper and kissed him softly on the lips. All the worries, problems, resaon why she had been crying were washed away. No one else was there besdies them. [/size]

Josh felt her kiss him. His world just turned blank, for while she was kissing him, everything went away. He liked that. But, what does this mean for them.
He pulled away for a second and said,"Wow," he said softly," I loved that. What does this mean for us?"
After he said that he leaned forward and kissed her again. It seemed like the best feeling ever.

She was confused as he pulled away. She stared at him as he asked what was it between them. She shook her head, "I don't know," she honestly didn't know. Her head clogged up. What happened with all her other guy friends that turned into a boyfriend. They always ended badly and she doesn't talk to them anymore.
He leaned in again, and Daphne gladly accepted. She wrapped her arms around his neck as they kissed once again. This did change their relationship, Daphne just didn't know how yet. She just didn't think about it. She wanted to take it one step at a time...[/size]

Josh loved this feeling. He felt her hand go around his neck. He touched her face, softly. He wanted this moment to last. He loved where they were, too. It was so peaceful.
He would rather have her as a friend for a long time, then go out with her then break-up and never talk. Yet, he liked her more then ever at this point, and didn't know how they could be anything now. All he could think was, what was going to happen now.

She felt him touch her face, and her fingers twined into his hair. Suddenly, though she let go and pulled away. What were they doing? What was she doing?
"What are we doing?" she asked once again into his eyes. The wind picked up and she put tucked a strand behind her ear. She knew that their relationship wouldn't be the same now, they crossed that line fo friendship. But, the kisses were so wonderful, she wished...
It was tempting to throw herself intohim once more but she held back.[/size]

He felt her fingers in his hair. Then suddenly she felt her pull away. For a few moments he questioned it. He wished the situation would be different.
"I don't know," he said to her looking her back in the eyes," How.... What is going to happen know?"
He didn't know. There friendship wouldn't be the same. He wanted her back in his arms. How could they... though. He wished everything was different.

"Well, are you guys going to the party?" Nikki asked. She didn't have a date, but wanted to just hang out with Josh. Nothing serious at all. Afterall, they were just friends-nothing more.
Nikki watched as the two hugged. They seemed like a good couple, but that was her opinion. They coould just be friends like her relationship with Josh. Anything was possible.

She looked down in the palms of her hands. It was different. She reached for his hands and held them, "I wish I could tell you. But, I'm just...I don't know."
She looked at her watched. 6:30. Damn, she needed to go. What a awkward place to leave at. "Josh...I have to go. We can talk later...about everything." she said and kissed him once more, but on the cheek this time. She got up letting go of his hands and walking up the sand towards the street.[/size]
