the world is full of 'what ifs'. what if eve never took the apple from the tree? what if the second world war hadn't ended the way it did? what if? so the question is, when hagrid asked young harry in the summer of 1991 "we're a bit behind schedule. best be off. unless you'd rather stay, of course." what if harry didn't go with hagrid? what if he had stayed until his second year? everything is changed around the castle. new friendships, new plots, new dangers. harry potter was too little, too late. and just like a good acip pop on a summer's day, danger is burning through people's tongues.
