To say the least, he's got that rugged, reckless heir thing down pat. Oh yeah, you know what I'm talking about. The whole permanent bed room eyes, looking like you just rolled out of bed, your hair naturally looking like a hot mess, that smirk splayed across his face revealing he's up to no good, and only wearing the most expensive designer clothes one could buy. Petros has all those things. The perks of growing up around rich parents, he grew up on having only the nicest things and happiness most certainly buys more happiness.
He's one of those guys that if his parents weren't wealthy, no one would relly care for him, he's just one of those guys that as recklass as he is, the media wouldn't give him the time of day because of the no status. But, when you through in a multi-million dollar empire and a heir that can't get his shit together, you become a celebrity. Maybe just in your own city, but it's something. You're famous for nothing, and that's actually what Petros is. The media loves him for all the wild things he does, breifly dating young actresses who come over to Greece for movies. He gets front row in fashion shows and somehow gets into parties where he hasn't been invited to. This all leads up to his image. He gives his family a bad name, and the only son, he's going to have to improve his behavior, because who else will run the family company when his father doesn't anymore? Petros.
With his body, well he hates doing sports or any physical activity, so he's a pretty lanky kid. Sure, he got muscle, but he never spends his time in a gym, working out, or anything. What he does is runs. He use to do it all the time in Greece when he was a kid but he just did it less and less. From time to time, he might go out to let off some stress, but that's usually highly unlikely. We already know he wears only the best quality of clothes, it's not being femme, but he can be qualified as a little metro, but aren't a lot of guys in Valkyrie like that too? He'd fit right in.
Lastly his face. He's more of the underlining sexiness, rather than physically looking. He looks a bit like a goofy kid, though he is very much the opposite, he's a very serious kid. That is ofcourse when he's not drunk and lokking for a little adventure. Let's just say he also has his cousin, Daphne's, lame humor. His hair is a lop-sided mess of light brown/red. He hardly ever does anything with it and looks like he just ran against the wind and his wind-blown hair was the result. He has dull blue eyes, that can hold anyone's gaze and has pretty thick eyebrows matching the brown tint in his hair.
Personality:
RECKLASS/TROUBLE-MAKER/ADRENALINE JUNKIE; It probably hit him when he was an eighth grader. It was run-of-the-mill mischief when he was with his friends. Childish things really, whoopie cushions under the teacher's seat, writing rude things on the blackboard when a teacher had to leave for a moment. Growing up, he was nicknamed 'the boy who looks like an angel, but acts like the devil.' Teachers may have known it was him, but in class he was just the perfect student, even if behind their backs he was throwing paper airplanes around the room. Of course, he graduated from petty shinanigans and went on in highschool where his 'games' became more extreme. Petros thinks that his life is just one big party. And has the 'no fear' factor. Nothing he does will hurt him, he just goes all balls out and acts purley on impulse, thinking of things as he goes.
DIRTY MOUTH; He should clean it out with Orbit, gum. Petros has a slight cursing problem and adds in curse words just to emphasize what he is thinking, and it gives the sentence a 'so-called' edge. He just think it refelects on what he is thinking and not just a useless word people use. When he was younger, his mother did the ocassional 'soap in the mouth' but it never really 'cleaned his mouth out.' Though, he wants to start cutting back on it, because he knows some people in America base on first-impressions and his American cousins told him that's not a trait to be proud of, at least until you get comfortable with a person to throw around the f-bomb. But, if you piss him off, he's going to let you have it.
HEIR; an arrogant richboy where money has never been a problem. He's like a Paris Hilton in Greece, [not that he'd want to be compared with her] but really, he's somehwat famous for absoluetly nothing. He's getting photographed with famous fashion designers, directors shooting in Athens, and making friends with other rich heir/esses like himself. He's even ocassionally having a fling with young actresses in Greece for movies. Petros believes he has a license to get away with anything and everything. His Dad always gets him out of trouble, this thought definietely boosted when the charges for his sexual assault dropped and went away. He has natural confidence in everything he does and enjoys his limelight. This is one reason he wasn't in favor of moving to Valkyrie. No one is really going to know he is paparazzi favorite in Athens because his dad owns Castellanos Shipping & Co. Even if he plans on doing nothing with his life, he wants people to know his name.
SERIOUS/ARROGANT/COCKY; Surprised? Yeah, well he's not all fun and games. Petros has a real serious side when it comes with people. You really don't see him smiling unless he's doing something that could get him into trouble. If he's not feeling you, he'll let you know. He is extremely arrogant. Even if he doesn't know everything, he'll twist his reply, making it sound like he was right along. As well, he is one cocky son of a bitch. He has a big ego, and with all the thigns he's done, he'll rub it in other guys' faces what he's done, how he did it, and how he got away with it. He's a smart sucker that could be some mastermind in his future, conning his way into getting things, cheating, and of course, no one expecting it was him.

- petros is a brat. all he has ever known was things being handed to him, so that makes things a lot more harder for him when he is told no by an adult. He feels he shouldn't work for much, if anything at all.
- through the awkward stages of puberty, petros had horrible acne
- he had dyslexia as a child and in junior high until his parents got him some help with it.
Secrets:
- like any great greek heir, Petros ended up changing his last name from Castellanos to his mother's maiden name, Hayes.
- was one arrested for sexual assault against a girl at a party. The Castellanos' gave her hush money to keep her quiet.
History:
pre petros; We all know Elene Hayes comes from one extensive family including Daphne & Sacha's father, her brother Derrik. Then there is Chanel's mother, or her sister, Ree-Ann. We could go on forever with the Hayes' large family producing well-known cousins residing in Valkyrie. Elene was the oldest of the girls. Always interested in fashion and wanting to become a famous designer. When Elene met Orion, she was already an established designer. Orion was a young business owner of the mega-million dollar shipping company, his father recently passed away, causing Orion to take it over before any of the greedy realatives did so. They were the same age and they started dating when they were both twenty-eight. Orion didn't some from an extremely big family. Most of his family were only out to get the money from the shipping company. But, the Hayes' opened the young and rich Castellano into their family. They were famous in their respected fields. A fashion deisgner and a tycoon. They were married in Athens when they were thirty one and well the Greeks sure know how to throw a wedding.
birth/infant/child; Elene and Orion tried endlessly to have a child in their first couple years of being married. They kept trying, but they kept failing. Then suddenly, their schedules became extremely busy and they hardly had any time together. Elene was travelling the world and they weren't spending as much time together. They were actually on the brink of divorce when Elene's father died of a heart attack. It was sudden and no one expected it. Elene cancelled the rest of her fashion tour and came home. Getting off the plane, Orion was waiting for her. It was one of those airplane cliche reunions. But the death of Elene's father brought them back together and they didn't take their marriage for granted. One year later, Elene gave birth to a boy, Petros Judas Castellano.
Elene took a little break from the fashion industry to raise Petros. They had a good income regardless if Elene took a break or not, so money was always never an issue. Even if her brother and sisters were travelling the world, setting camp up in America, or stopping over at their house, they were always keeping in contact with each other. To say the least, both Elene and her sister Ree-Ann did not like their younger brother's wife Maria, who he suddenly married when she found out she was pregnant, no more than a year after Petros was born and Ree-Ann recently had her third child, Chanel. Then, Derrik and Maria went off and moved to the States where Elene and Ree-Ann were forced to call their little brother. Eventually, Ree-Ann and her husband, Marcus moved away and to Iowa. A couple years later when Petros was only four there was news that Maria left Derrik in the dust, taking one of the twins and leaving Daphne and Diem in the care of Derrik. So then, all the Hayes' family hated the ex wife.
When Petros entered school, he found it harder for him to learn than the rest of his class. His teacher, just thought he was 'slower.' Petros, already at a young age was part of a wealthy and big family and Castellanos was a well-known name, but it didn't help when he was switching letters around while trying to read and often missed math questions when he would switch numbers around in his head while trying to solve it. This continued for awhile, but he was too afraid to tell his parents, because he never wanted to disappoint them. What Petros wasn't afraid of was little shinanagins he would get into even at such a young age. It was basic, childish pranks, like pouring soap into fountains, whoopie cushions under teacher's chair, and throwing spitballs through straws during class. Oh yes, all the old school things, Petros definitely did. God only knew how out-of-hand that would become.
preteen; Eventually entering junior high, his problem never got better and he ended up having to tell his mom with after going to the doctor's he was diagnosed with dyslexia. His parents put him into a program where they helped kids with dyslexia. Of course, dyslexia can't be 'cured,' but you can have strategies to help better learn the language. Petros, hid this problem from everyone and really tried hard, especially when learning English, which he more relied on spoken words that writing it out. He was often frustrated with his learning disability that he would lash out in mischief ways. Of course this wouldn't be nearly as bad when he entered highschool.
teen; On the outside, he was your typical teen boy, hanging with friends, partying hard, and not really caring about tomorrow because it didn't affect them now. On the inside though, it was a constant battle with his learning disability, he was getting better though, with the program he was in, he just did not want anyone to know that he had this problem with reading. When he was fourteen he packed his bags and entered a boarding school in England. He didn't mind leaving his family. He did mind though on leaving Greece. Petros was kicked out literally two months before he would have finished freshman year. What did he do? He let a few farm animals found in a country side farm loose in the school. He went back to Greece where he had a private tudor for the remaining months until he finished freshman year. Oh, but it did not stop there.
When he was sixteen, that was the year he became the snobbish heir who got in trouble constantly with authority figures. He relied on his charm, and his wits that didn't require reading at all. He was in a very good, very honored boarding school in the south of France. What happened there? He made the boys' bathroom stalls back up and overflow causing the entire second floor to reek of waste and even spill out onto the century old marble floors. No one took to kindly to this and he was expelled on the spot. Junior year rolled on by and his parents allowed him to attend a boarding school in Athens. For once, he was well-behaved at school. 'At school' being the key word here. In his personal life he was become a target from the tabloids. 'Heir Gone Wild' were common headlines accompanied by pictures of Petros smoking, racing cars, getting raunchy with young, American, starlets. Actually this behavior caused him not to be invited back his senior year at his current boarding school. Then, his parents logged him into another one.
This past December though, there was this New Year's Eve party. It was teenagers, Petros charmed a girl like he would any other girl that caught his eye. A tad tipsy he forced himself on her up in a balcony. So, this wasn't what she wanted and she charged him that very night with sexual assault. The proof, those pesky paparazzos got pictures of the whole thing. His parents couldn't believe Petros had done something this outlandish. Before the case even made it to court, Orion paid the girl and her family quite a lot of money to drop this whole thing. It was dropped but not how Petros wanted it to. His parents were fed up with his behavior and wanted him out of Greece, so they sent him to Valkyrie, where a lot of his cousins are residing now.
now; Petros is now moving to Valkyrie after the what he called was a 'intervention' between his parents and him. He was being shipped off to where a lot of his family was. His parents wanted him to get out of the Greek fast-life and mostly get him away from his friends that were equally wealthy and equally spelled trouble. His family living in Valkyrie is Sacha, the cousin he has yet to meet, Chanel who they have had their fair amount of disagreements in the past, and Daphne who he can get away with a lot of things when with her. He knows Valkyrie's a great school and he's pretty much fucked if he gets kicked out [like his trust fund taken away until he is twenty five,] so he wants to make his parents proud even if he's determined to push the limits of the rules, finding loopholes and blaming others. Living situations with both the Hayes and Rivera family didn't work out, so he's set up in a spacious condo overlooking the ocean, pretty nice huh? For a guy who should be the last one living in a condo by himself.
