 Welcome to the once safe town of Boutiarre located in none other than the fine state of Louisiana. This small town is the beacon of all things mysterious and wonderful. The doors that were formerly sealed tight are now opened to reveal a lot of mischief. One may never know what their neighbor is doing, but what does it matter as long as you can call the police on them for making noise?
After the passing of one of the prominent women in town and the untimely demise of a young mistress coming in to entertain a businessman or two, things will never be the same. Law enforcement has no idea how to handle the murder of the young visitor or the influx of tourism that has been averted from New Orleans.
