classes have been in session for a couple weeks now and slowly all the new students and freshmen have settled into their dorms. they've made friends, some enemies, and have quickly learned that classes are definitely not like they were in high school. the new freshmen of valkyrie university also have discovered more independence and freedom than what they had three months ago as seniors in high school. a great feeling indeed. though a lot of the seniors that graduated from the academy here in valkyrie, there are some freshmen new to the city.
every year the student council put on a freshmen mixer a couple weeks into school to help some of the new freshmen meet new people. so this is a great way for people to meet each other. so what if you hated one person back in high school? that was high school. here, you can start on a new page and find friends that you'll have for the rest of your life.
the mixer is located in the recreational hall in the cab building. being a school-organized event, alcohol has been strictly prohibited. but as mixers in the past have shown, you don't need alcohol to have a wild and reckless time.
