So I know its 4am, and I know most of the city is asleep or passed out at this point but not being able to sleep is proving to be a substantial enemy of mine.

No, although the idea of listening to parents have sex does not sound pleasant. I don't live with parents but you could say the concept is partially keeping me up.
Do you ever have the problem that your own brain betrays you and will not shut the hell up?

Oh, delightful, your father sounds like a genuine guy.
What did I do? moved to America and dragged my twin brother with me. And yourself?

Yes, we're from a small town in England no ones ever heard of, SevenOaks Weald.
Oh... you're one those types are you? Leaving no questions unanswered and no boundaries unbroken? Or the ones that pretend to be?

See, I told you. But where were you in England? London?
Well, good. Faking it is no way to go through life. Sounds like my kind of person.

No offense but it is a bit ridiculous that this place will let a man die for his country but not allow him to have a beer beforehand. I've only been to London once and that was when I lived their with my second parents until I was four so it's not like I remember it at all.
As you should be.

Not that I've been excessive but no, and I'm assuming in your life here, you haven't either.
((late sorry, didn't notice you replied))
