alright so this is my newest boy, wesley. wes is a crab fisherman who lives in valkyrie when he's not out fishing off the coast of alaska. cool job right? well it's certainly an ass kicker. you get thirty-plus hour grinds and depending on the string and how much crab is in each pot that can be a blessing or a curse. after a long run wes usually is only allowed maybe four hours, depending on how long it takes to get to the nest string and depending on whether or not it's cold enough for the deck to freeze over with ice. it's a tough life and not a lot of people can handle it. believe me there have been more muscular men who have failed where wes has succeeded.

how does he combat these horrible conditions? with a kick ass personality of course. wes is a total jokester. he comes up with some of the best pranks both for his crew and for his crew to play on other ships' crews. he's always saying things to make the guys laugh and just tends to brighten up the situation they're in. because god forbid you do a hundred pot string only to get a handful of keepers. by that time you're begging for wes to play one of his trick to kill the tension. he usually does a good job of it. because of that the crew of the talia gates has kept him around ever since he was eighteen and just hopped on the boat as a greenhorn.

he makes decent money, but when you surrender that to your family to use, it tends to go rather quickly. wes isn't sure just how much he likes handing over his hard earned cash but as long as he's still living at home he's not one to complain. he's determined that things will change if he ever finds a girl and marries her. he knows no real sane woman would want to marry a guy who is gone months at a time, but if he gets that lucky, wes wants to be able to settle down and most of all be able to provide for his new family. he's sure his family will understand, but he still hates making people unhappy and that would undoubtedly happen at some point.


alright so now that you know a little about him, wes needs everything. he needs friends though they would all have to be new ones. anyone from keizer he would probably know but they would only be people who have hurt carly and he'd be a little skeptical of them. hmm, but yeah other than that he needs friends. he's a real happy go lucky kind of soul and he just tends to brighten up a room with his jokes and just his overall personality. at the same time i can see that the eternally grumpy would find him annoying so he would have a few enemies too. as for lovers, i haven't requested anyone so that's open though he does have a ton of pics with yvonne from chuck. but anyways, he's never gotten hugely serious but i would imagine at least some girls would find his goofy cheerfulness adorable.

so i need plots people. hit me up!

okay, so reading through this, i was struck by how very alike charlie and wes are. they definitely need to be good friends. they'd be really funny together. the same goes for him and leda. like you said, they'd be a dangerous hyperactive mix. goodness, they would get into crazy stuff together, mwahaha. oh dude, i can totally see him and leda going into the v-mart & go together one day, just because. and then leda hops into the cart and wes runs through the aisles pushing it. then they are politely asked to leave the premises, bahah. xD

oh oh, and i just had an idea pop in my head. for him and andie, because they would definitely be an interesting pair. i'm thinking that they meet soon after a dandie break up, so she's in a pretty bad mood and finds all his joking and stuff really irritating, so she pretty much is an uber bitch to him. but then they run into each other again, at the beach at night while andie is just out there sitting in the sand with a six pack, heh. wes is maybe just out for a nighttime stroll or something? anyway, andie still finds him really annoying, but she's drunk so she offers him a beer, which he accepts. or not, doesn't matter much. xD but he does stand there for a while talking to her, and she's still being kinda mean to him. but then she stands up and says she's going to go home and wes offers to walk her, because she's obviously drunk and he wants to make sure she doesn't get hit by a car or something? then once they get to her apartment, she goes right for the garbage can because she has to throw up and wes holds her hair back for her because he feels sorry for her or whatever. as soon as she's done, andie yells at him for being so nice and tells him to leave. so he does, but he next day, she tracks him down somehow and apologizes... though in a real andie kind of way, which means it probably wouldn't be very evident that's it's an apology at all, haha. but after that, they sort or hang out more and more and become friends and he becomes one of the people andie is very protective over. so yeah. i don't know if that'd work, so feel free to toss it.

oh and i'm guess that seb would probably meet him once or twice through carly? they could probably be pals. unless wes is the type to not like the guys his sister dates, heh.

ooh yeah now that you mention it, charlie and wes are a lot alike. they could definitely get along really well. as for leda, these two are going to be trouble together. wes' antics are a little more controled but around leda it's going to look like he's got no control.

lmao andie's such a piece of work. usually wes wouldn't put so much work into trying to cheer someone up. if it wasn't working after a certain amount of time he would throw in the towel. but i could definitely see him sticking around if she was getting drunk. he wouldn't be able to live with himself if something happened to her and he knew she was drinking at the time. so he'd withstand the crap to make sure she was okay. i could so see him just smirking at her half asses attempt for a thank you and saying something like "you're welcome" as she walked away xD.

wes is skeptical of any guys carly knows after what happened with cain but after meeting him he would be fine with seb.

okie dokes, i do believe this is my last stop tonight. so hopefully i didn't run out of steam. ok, so wes is adorable. i do believe you will play him wonderfully. his job reminds me of jimmy on HI and i had a massive crush on him xD anyways, fishermen have proven to be really hot and west is no exception xD

riley and him have a lot of the same personality traits. providing for their family, being the big one. and when he isn't worried about coco or almost dying, he's a pretty happy-go-lucky guy himself. he's also and irshman who rarely drinks. i think that should change. maybe wes takes riley out on the town one night and they get smashed. it'd loosen riles up a bit since he's been so uptight lately and then he can be blabbing to wes about almost dying (though not really saying more than that) how he got a girl pregnant, and how everything else seems to be messed up xD

for my ladies, i think wes and violet can wind up being good friends. she needs a good guy friend other than luca xD haha, once they become good buds, she'd be like, 'a girl in my art class, i think you'd like her.' or always trying to set him up with someone. especially when you wrote how he wants to find a girl that would settle with him. that's so cute.

i'm here! finally. xD youtube got boring, and i'm making my rounds. ah wes<3 he's so win. i love the entire sutton family. their dynamic is great. idk how much help i'll be, but i'll try my best xD we tend to find epicness in random c-box talkings.

i really do need to have more happy-go-lucky characters. i'll let y'all know if my brewing girl gets made. she'd get along with wes swimmingly. i like contrast, too. call me crazy, but i think him and november would be fun friends. she's uptight as hell, but i imagine valkyrie unhinging that little bit, and her beginning to indulge in her happier side. at the end of the day, navi's along the same page - she likes to pull pranks on her co-workers, and does like to have a good time when she's working. after awhile, i want it so she can turn her mafia-mode off as soon as she's part of regular society again. still a control freak, but a bit mischievous, likes to cause innocent trouble. it makes more sense in my head. but it hink they could be kind of amusing. he's the kind of person that gets her to loosen up easily. not that i have ideas, but i thik it could be a good bit of fun. he can teach her how to be funny xD only to fail epically. she'll buy an old joke book and be proud of her jokes. only that they're horrible. like all the ones i know. :]

hmm. him and gray could potentially be good pals. as much as society irritates him, he just can't hate on the people like wes. it's not fair to them. good people = far and inbetween. but my boy just can't look down on them. idk how they'd meet or anything, other than that they're around the same age and may walk in similar circles. he'd like wes' whole attitude about life. not necessarily the optimistic part, but the whole 'living life' thing i imagine he's got going on. like, not hanging onto everything and just doing what's important. family and being happy, and the like. 'cause at the end of the day, that's what gray's doing. he'd be doing it properly if he was sober, but we can't all win xD idk, they can be men together, haha.

oh, and i imagine ksenia might have known him while in keizer? or was he gone by that time? we could do something with them if you want -shrug- absolutely no idea what, but the connection is there xD

hello my love, I am here at your board and I am glad to say that I approve of wes! He's adorable. =] okay, this is going to be a little overlapping with your post on my board but I haven't replied at my board, so let's pretend it doesn't exist right now. xD

So I think we should plot Wes and Allie, Why? because they would be hilarious. She would get so mad, nay, frustrated with his antics that somehow she will come to love him... eventually, in the far, far future. xD I just always see him doing something hilarious and cute and she just fuming over it but smiling ever so subtly. I can so see him do something and then she get that angry face on but her lips are smiling just a little and wes is all "Did you just smile? I think you just smiled." and she's all "No, don't be preposterous." and he's all "No, I think I saw a smile," and then he starts to point and almost touch her cheek while she backs away saying "No." and eventually they wind up on the floor and he's tickling her while she protests. It's almost out of character for Allegra, but somehow it worked. =]

and we cannot forget about Regan and Wes. Regan would love Wes and would probably hang out with him almost as much as he hangs out with Carls. enough said. Audrey would also like him and would love to just hang out with him, even ask him why in the hell he chose crab fishing for a living. and WES SQUARED SHOULD BE A GO! they can be the bromance of the working man... since Brio is the bromance of the high end. =] They would be hilarious, uh yeah, Weston is kind of like audrey but a very calm person though, really laid back whereas Aud is a psychobitch with little patience.

Okay so here we go. I am plotting this boy up<3

Number one is him and Wid, I love their backstory and I love that since she already was a nicer person around him she feels less guarded around him. I don't know what she'd tell him though, so we should figure that out. She can't pretend to be sweet ex-blonde roxanne forever to him, lol. I was thinking she'd pretend for a bit and really kind of like him a lot, probably not romantically but he's just so genuine and sweet and funny, Which is something all my sirens need badly. And I think he would kind of get a special little soft spot in her heart that people like Donny and Izzy reside lol. Maybe she finds herself not wanting to lie to him, so she asks the others if she can tell him like a pg-13 version. Orion and Donny are like hell no, but since Liz has been in situations where she's put Riley ahead of the sirens as a whole she decides to go talk to him (because we need to do something with them now too, there may not be many but I love those pics). She would probably be very Liz at first, protective of Wid, not so much because of Wid, those two aren't on that great of terms, but protective because of what's been going on and they get to talking and after awhile Liz tells Wid to go ahead, as long as she doesn't go into full detail?

If Riley and Wes are friends and then he and Liz become friends or something that could be very entertaining too. Especially if Riley tells him about the almost dying. I could so see Liz and Wes talking and walking and they bump into Riley and they all do this "you two know each other?" thing and Wes makes some funny comment saying yeah he knows riley and how he mentioned his almost death. And then Liz could look at riley pissed saying you told him about my brother and then riley being all no you just did, which is poetic since that's how tony found out about coco's pregnancy, because riley assumed liz told and then he told. And then Wes could be surprised that riley knows about the sirens, and be all "wait you know?" and Riley acts the same way and I just think it could be a really funny scene between two friends slash three including Liz where they're all just like WTF and Liz is just there as they all figure it out, arms crossed looking pissed lol.

I could also see Orion really liking Wes. I think one of the reasons the Sirens would like him a lot is that he would remind them of Izzy. Goofy and always making people smile. Donny's the only one I can see him being cool with but not close too. Although with the whole Andie connection too lol. I could see Wes coming over to the apartment and Donny and Andie come out of his room together and is all O.o her? this is the guy? that doesn't make sense at all, etc.

I think the Sirens are just adopting him lol. And if royal comes back, Nate and Liz are plotting and yeah, there's just a lot of Sutton/Siren-ness going on lol. Now we just need to bring Carly into it, lol. I can see Carly and them getting along, at least Liz when she's happier!liz not depressed! liz

Anyways, out of the others, Amyra would love him. But I don't know what to say other than that. Umm.... Haley, Mary and Rose probably wouldn't know him if they did, Haley and Mary would like him. Rose would probably find him annoying at first, like every one else, but grow to appreciate the type of person he was. She would definitely find it honorable and respectable how he takes care of his family. Tony would probably really like the guy. I mean He's definitely the type of guy I can see Tony going to a baseball or football game with body/face painting and big foam fingers jumping up an down screaming like idiots and not caring together lol. Him and Will would be a fun pair of friends too, the Movie star and the fisherman? Epicness. Meg would want to jump his bones. Demitri, derek, gun, I can't think of anything. Cole would be semi-reminded of his older brother with Wes. He'd like the guy a lot, but like his brother, if he ever tried to help him, Cole would run.

k, i love the idea of wes kind of cracking that icy shell and helping navi kind of open up at little of her fun side. god that sounds dirty. but yea, i definitely think they could have some fun once she opened up a little more. :] he'll love that she goes out to find joke books. it'll crack him up for sure.

aw well it's hard to hate wes. i have trouble doing so as well xD we can always force a random meeting upon the two. yeah wes is pretty nonchalant about life. the only thing he worries about is how his family will fair once he has to pull out of the money pit to start his own life. but yeah, kindered spirits need to stick together!

hmm yeah wes wasn't around but he's heard it all and he would have been there in part to see the bullying. i can see him being very wary of ksenia, even asking her to stay away if all she wanted was to hurt carly again. but once he realizes she feels remorse, he'll lighten up on her dramatically.

lmao wes and allie sound like a hoot. wes would totally pick around for that smile. as long as he knew that his crazy antics were having some kind of effect other than the anger she would so openly be showing, he'd keep it up. besides, he's got to bug the hell out of somebody right? it almost sounds very un-allie like, but if you're game i'm game xD

lmao i can so see carly being all "you're using me for my brother" and cracking up laughing because it'll half be true. if someone like his sister can grow so attached to someone, and not sexually, after what she's been through, then regan is already top notch in wes' book. he'll most likely see it the minute he meets him. it'll be awesome.

i can see kind of an interview going on with aud. wes'll be hontest, that it was pure conicidence he even met the skipper and all that, yada yada yada. from all the crabbing shows i've seen, it ought to be a good story. wes squared sounds epic as well. they just need one more working shak guy and they can be the p-m-brio (aka the poor man's brio) xD.

love him and wid. honestly i really do. their song was like the reason i chose to make him. congrats, you bullied me into a character just like lainey xD kidding, kidding. i bullied myself into making him and i couldn't be happier. but you helped. i like him being weirdly like one of the only guys she can be softer around. he would take notice to it over time and appreciate it more i can promise you that. i like that she would want to let him in. i think it would kind of catch him off guard, but he'd accept it, probably shrug it off in his own way. i like it :]

i think at this point the suttons and the sirens should just marry into one another (lmao!) because it sounds like they're going to be all mixed up. i like it. they're my one family who isn't tainted with crime and yet, there they go xD. i like the idea of wes and orion being friends. i think wes would kind of fit the guy's version of an izzy and he might come in just in time.

i definitely think wes and tony should be friends. zach did a dodgers game once and an all star game i believe. regardless he's got baseball pics and i intend on using them. the moment i saw them i thought of tony so i'm definitely game. face painting and hollering like idiots or maybe helping with the little league team? wes would kind of be like a guest coach or something seeing as how he would be gone a lot, but i think it's something he'd do.
