PERSONAL STYLE: josie doesn't really have a specific style she follows. one day she'll be wearing a guy's jeans and a t-shirt, the next day she'll be wearing something slightly more fitting. she likes feeling comfortable and she likes being sexy. josie isn't that much into designer clothes, if she can find something cute at target, then she will buy something at target. it really is a toss-up. one thing that is different for josie is that she really doesn't wear a lot of make-up nor spends more than ten minutes on her hair. her morning routine is very relaxed. when she is dancing, she uses a lot of make-up or spends time with her hair, but if she's not on stage putting on a show, what's the point, right? she still always looks presentable, don't get her wrong, but she's one that thinks less is more.

OVERALL PERSONALITY: josie use to be shy and extremely naive. she use to be soft spoken and she was most definitely a follower. how she became such a cold hearted bitch is an amazement. when josie was younger, she already had a low self-esteem. the fact that she was bullied only made it worst for her. the more and more she was picked on, the more and more she dug herself a little hole. she was in a little shell that she would most likely never break out of. her breaking point was when girls video taped her having sex with a boy older. it was all a scheme and she was the victim. she got colder, meaner, and bitter.
josie now is a tough once to get too. she's had some good friends, who know her know her. but to most other people, you just see her as this mega bitch that's cut-throat and shows no mercy. josie is an attention seeker. she likes being the center of attention. she knows how to play the crowd. being a preformer, she knows what to do to get what she wants. josie has mastered the art of persuasion and can be very touchy feely - especially around the guys. she is a tease. she knows it too. it came from the fact that she dances burlesque. burlesque dancing is different because it's all about being sexy without actually needing to take your clothes off. it's suppose to leave you with something your imagination can take off with. joise definitely takes her teasing qualities off the stage with her.

LIVING SITUATION: shaks with daphne
HISTORY: abram hayes was one of the older children. he was a bit geeky growing up. he looked like the stereotypical nerd growing up with his hair always slicked back, big bottle-cap glasses, and a little bit of an acne problem. he was extremely smart however. his twin brother was orion hayes, future father to petros and sophie hayes. orion had the charisma and abram had the brains. they were a good pair and they weren't the type that always fought over stupid shit. in high school, abram seemed to control his acne problem but he was still viewed as the geeky boy. it wouldn't be until he went into the shipping business with his brother that life would give him a break.
carme saro grew up west of greece in the country of portugal. she always was the cute girl that got along with everyone. she was the youngest of five siblings. all boys. so you could see how protective of her they were. carme was a dancer. her mother was egyptian and taught her the art of belly dancing at a young age. carme was a natural at dancing and started dancing professionally when she finished the education she was required. after that, she became part of a group that travelled around europe. what city did she end up one night? you guessed it - athens. it had been a business party. abram and orion were celebrating the first million dollars they made. they had bellydancers there for the entertainment and you could say abram was smittened with carme from the moment he saw her. he thought he had no chance though. she was a natural beauty and he? well, he wasn't a lot of girls first choices, or second choices, or third... you get the idea. but, he was someone's choice because our very own abram had a fiancee at the time. a nice greek girl.
it had been a simple note abram sent to carme. carme was interested. the note said to meet him at one at the shipping office. she came and they spent one night together. but she went off and had to do another job in another country the next day. it only took one night for them, because if there is a thing called love at first sight, it happened with them. abram still ended up marrying his fiancee. he was unhappy though. he settled because he thought he should. his brother did, why shouldn't he? carme came back a year later. when she found out he got married, she was heartbroken, but abram reassured her she wanted nothing more than to be with her. the affair started then and carme managed to get a job in athens by opening her own dance studio up. abram's wife got pregnant and she ended up having a child. alexander they named him, but abram was growing unhappy with his family. it took six years of sneaking around after abram's son was born for carme to fall pregnant. that's when abram said enough was enough and he filed for divorce. he remarried carme when she was eight months pregnant and one month later, she gave birth to joana athene. he couldn't have been happier.
joana had been named after carme's grandmother. but she was soon called josie by everyone in the family. abram felt bad about the family he left behind. alexander was under his mom's full custody but he often visited abram. they weren't entirely estranged but how would you feel if your dad got a whole new family? josie grew up happy at first. she was the type of girl where her torso was never connected to her feet. she was a clumsy one. she was rail-thin growing up and just looked awkward. her less-than-cute appearance was a target for girls to make fun of her. it was little things at first, but as josie grew older, the more the insults started to affect her. she would go to slumber parties and get pranked on. she'd get liquid sprayed on her at school. she had a couple good friends but it wasn't like she hung out with them on weekends. josie never really told her parents about this because she was never one to want to bring the attention on her. she just thought she could suffer through it and high school would be much different.
she was wrong. high school was worst. the girls were nastier here. though josie was getting less-awkward and more growing into herself, the more they picked on her. it got so bad that when josie was fifteen she gained attention from this boy who was a few years older than her. josie was stupid and naive at this point. to suddenly get attention from a boy already seemed fishy. he somehow coaxed her into her room and pressured her into having sex with him, in which she gave ehr virginity to him. the next day, it was all over the school. worst, there was a video tape. that same group of girls videotapped the whole thing and was showing people as well as posting some of the pictures around the school. josie was humiliated. the faculty felt bad for her and kept her in the nurse's office until her parents came and picked her up. there was no hiding now that she was being bullied and her parents pulled her from the school.
josie was then sent to an all-girls' school just north of athens. carme saw how her daughter's self-esteem was so low and but her in dance classes. but not just any dance class. it was a combination of burlesque and belly dancing. somehow that once awkward girl worked it out, got in tune with her body, and built her confidence up. josie then decided she didn't want to be the same girl at her new school and went through a major personality change. she went from shy and timid to ballsy and bitter literally overnight. she went to her new school with a whole new outlook. she was meaner, she had an edge, she knew how to hold herself, and she was more promiscuious. she was a feared bitch at the boarding school and she liked that sort of power she held over the people that were scared of her. however, when she was about to start her last year of schooling, josie dropped out, moved back to athens and was hired as a professional dancer at the burlesque club. her parents weren't thrilled about not finishing school, but somehow they let her pursue what she wanted to do.
lately, josie has been pissing a lot of people off. most specifically in the club she works at. she's been cutting down some of the other dancers since, josie is one of the top acts during the shows. she's also been on this kick of sleeping with some of the married clients and the wives finding out. the holidays came at a good time since her younger cousin, daphne came for a visit and when daphne told her she should just come to america and finish her last year of high school, josie thought it would be a good time to get the heck outta dodge and stir up some trouble somewhere else.
