The parties in California; oh, how he had missed them. Random house parties just because you could, because there was no snow fall around here, because the weather got cool but never unbearably cold. You could still go out, you could still have fun, and you could still get wasted.
That was exactly what he planned on doing tonight.
He had been at the party for about an hour so far, having just arrived back in town only five or six hours prior. His mother was not home when he got back, of course, nor did she show up over the time he stayed there waiting. She was the one who had gotten him out of that boarding school, after all; you would think she would want to welcome him back home. But no such luck, for the bitch remained about as absent from his arrival as she had been from his life the last five years or so. Ever since his father had been murdered, she pushed him further and further away. Most likely, she and her piece of shit new husband were probably out on the town, spending money like they were paid to do it, eating at one of the most expensive restaurants, before seeing one of the most expensive shows, and ending it all at a bar with the most expensive drinks. Fuck them. I don't need them.
Which is why he texted around, trying to find something else to do. Hitting up a few of his old contacts, it had been at least a year since he'd seen any of them. All of which he hadn't spoken with since his departure for boarding school, mostly because the rules there were so strict, he wasn't allowed a cell phone. He could only make calls to family, and even if he wanted to call the few friends he actually trusted enough to stay in contact with, he wouldn't be able to without his phone; he didn't have their numbers memorized. Over the course of texting around, however, he came to find out about a house party a little bit of a ways down Prince Phillip Drive, at the end of the block. Some freshman's parents were out of town, and he was having people over.
Perfect place to crash.
Hopping in his mother's Mercedes to make the trip, after taking a fifth of Belvedeere from his dear old step-father Grant's collection, he drove down the street until he arrived at the build-up of vehicles along the street and driveway. Apparently, this party was quite populated, which was more than fine with him. It meant more girls, which meant more potential to make it a really fun night. The car would come to a halt behind another along the street, before the engine was killed and the car keys pocketed. A leg clad in blue denim jeans reached its way out of the driver's side doorway as the door was swung open, black leather boots of a very expensive make hitting the ground with a soft thump! against the pavement before a second sounded when the twin joined it. From the car emerged Aiden Whettsworth himself, that black t-shirt hugged his upper torso in all the right places to show off the muscular figure beneath the cotton fabric. The graphics on the tee were of a gold tint, old English writing reminiscent of a Ed Hardy, but from the way the shirt was fitted, almost customized to his body, it was obvious this was of a more expensive variety. In each ear was a diamond studded earring, those earlobes of his catching the light of the street lights and shining them about. All in all, with a simple ensemble, he still managed to look as though he ranked rather high on the social ladder, and that he did, even if he could care less about said rank. Time passed, an hour exactly, and he had done quite a bit of work on that fifth of Belvedeere. But for him, this was not enough. After a few 'hello's to some of the ladies there, even some thrilling conversation about his history and theirs, he decided it was time for a 'bathroom break.' So, he inquired where he could find the nearest toilet, and once he was told, he went immediately to it. A small line had built up, a couple of people in front of him, and he waited patiently until it was his turn. Two people had come in line after him, a boy and a girl, who were flirting quite loudly. Finally, it was his turn at bat. He stepped inside and, from within, clicked the lock on the door and walked up to the sink counter. Hands dug into his jean pockets, the one opposite of where those car keys were, to search around for the sweetest candy one could find. At least, in his opinion. From within his pocket was pulled a small plastic bag, wrapped tightly to prevent any of its contents from leaking out. The last thing you wanted to do waste something this fine, this expensive. The bag was twisted, opening just the slightest, before he sat it down on the counter. Right hand slid into his back pocket, the wallet pulled from it and placed beside the bag. He opened that flip wallet and pulled out his Valkyrie Academy ID card before shoving the wallet across the sink and out of the way. A smirk on those dry lips of his as he reached the card into the bag, the irony of doing this with a card of such sophistication absolutely astounding. Knocking would be heard on the door here, as he was spending much too much time in the bathroom. He ignored it, digging that ID card into the bag and setting it smack dab in the middle of the product inside. A fine, crystalized white powder which he guided out onto the counter with his ID card. The resident bad boy gathered enough, just enough, and began to maneuver his card about the counter to separate his findings into thin little lines. "Yo!" called a voice from the other side of the door, the same kid who had been in line behind him chatting with the girl, "Hurry up in there, dude! We don't got all night."Aiden ignored his anger, the lines gathered and perfectly thin. He sat the ID aside and reached for his wallet again, and from within, he grabbed a $20 bill. The bill would be rolled up, nice and tight like a straw. More rapping on the door from the kid that had been behind him, more shouts for him to hurry up. Aiden, again, ignored it. He leaned forward and placed the make-shift straw into his right nostril, plugging his left with his free hand. The straw would glide across the first line as he deeply inhaled the substance, letting it settle into his nose and then deep within his system. "DUDE!" the kid shouted aggressively from the other side of the door suddenly, just as Aiden stood up straight with his head tilted back to enjoy the rush that was soon to come, "You've got ten seconds before I burst through this door -- ""SHUT YOUR PUNK ASS UP, KID!" roared Aiden monstrously, silencing the kid on the other side of the door right away, "I'm in the fucking bathroom, and I'm gonna be in here until I'm done, so shut the fuck up before I come out there and beat the living shit of your skinny ass, ALRIGHT!?" Not another interruption from the kid, and it was about time. He leaned forward, took the second line like a champ, before sniffing about the counter for anything he'd left over. A sniffle of his nose as he undid the straw into a flat bill once more, putting both that and his ID back in his wallet before pocketing it again. The bag of cocaine was tied tight once more, and shoved in his pocket. The Belvedeere was grasped, and he was ready to go. Then, and only then, did Aiden make his way to the bathroom door at last. He pulled it open, and steppd out, glaring holes into the boy that had been banging on the door with intense grey hues. The boy tried to stare back, but intimidation from devil-may-care orbs of grey caused him to look away and focus on the open bathroom instead. He stepped inside silently as Aiden strolled away, confidently, back toward the party with his fifth in hand. [/blockquote][/blockquote] ATTIRE

So what if it was already eleven thirty? She was going to go out and rock everyone's world tonight! It was a weekend: no school, no work, no responsibility. Time to raise a glass (or twenty) and get fuuucked up!
Kiana stood in front or her full length mirror staring at the outfit she had on. Turning from left to right to get a glimpse of every angle of her perfect hour glass body. Running a hand through her newly dyed black hair she smiled at herself, finally satisfied with what she was dressed in.
"I don't understand why you worry so much about what you look like Ki. You looking fucking hot all the time! Kiana's friend whined as she lay on her bed flipping through a magazine. "Can't we go already?!" she whined again. Kiana turned around on her heels and looked at the girl with a scowl on her face. "If you don't shut up were not even going to go! she snapped at the girl who immediately shut up.
Turning back around she ran her hands over the tight black tank top smoothing it out a bit. Grabbing a lip gloss off the shelf she leaned into the mirror and applied a thin coat. Rubbing her lips together she gently smacked them. "Alright. Lets go you whiny little bitch" Kiana grabbed her multicolored Ed Hardy clutch and walked out of her room. The girl following behind her.
Once in the kitchen she walked to a rather large cupboard and opened it up wide. Inside of it was every bottle of liquor one could imagine. Looking over it a few times Kiana finally reached in pulling out a large bottle of Patron Tequila and a shot glass that read "Tequila Because Beer Isn't Good Enough"
Her high heels clicked on the hardwood floor as she made her way through the house and to the garage. Still the other, younger girl following behind her like a shadow. Kiana rolled her eyes and got into her her precious baby. A brand new 2010 Audi A6. Starting it she impatiently waited for the girl to get her ass in the car. Glancing at her phone she wondered why no one had text her from the party yet. 'Oh well' she thought to herself and shrugged it off.
Pressing the button to open the garage door she waited and then backed out. Turning on a CD she pressed the gas and went flying down the tarred driveway, more than likely scaring her passenger shitless, but Kiana didn't care much.
The house party was only a mile down the road from where she was. Seeing all the cars lined up and the road she sighed "I don't want to park my car out here with thesecars. She said with annoyance. Looking around she found a place in the driveway and off the road to park.
Turning the ignition off she got out of the car and locked it. With the keys in one hand and the Patron in the other she smiled widely as she walked towards the house where she could hear thumping bass of music pouring out like welcome mat. "This is going to be a good night." Kiana said with a devilish grin plastered on her face.
Upon entering the house she walked in like she owned the place. People called her name and pointed at her, but she ignojavascript:add("","")red them and made a straight shot for the nearest table. Looking behind her she sighed with relief, she had lost that 'friend' tagging along with her. 'Thank God' she though to herself.
Once at a table she set down her Patron and got out her shot glass. Pouring a shot she smiled and threw it back rather quickly. She poured two more before deciding that the shot glass was just a waste of time. Looking to the nearest person she said "Here. Happy Birthday. she shoved the shot glass into the guys hand with no intentions of getting it back.
Kiana walked around and mingled with a few guys she had met once before this. While talking to the guy she uncapped the Patron and took a long swig of the awesome liquid. As she swallowed it burned her throat all the way down. They guys looked at her in pure amazement and envy. If only there girlfriends were so daring. She shook her head and laughed.
They continued to talk to her but she began to get restless and bored... Kiana's eyes wondered around the party looking for someone else new and exciting. With this liquor working its way into her veins she was ready for a good time.

dj blow my speakers upTONIGHT I'MMA FIGHT'til we see the sunlight• • • • • • • Why was everybody always getting into Paisely’s business? She had good grades. She was a volleyball champ. Hell, she didn’t even have one missing assignment. They knew she wasn’t doing anything stupid. She wasn’t a pothead, or into any drugs for that matter. ”Where are you going, Paisely?”
she heard her sister demand in a condescending tone. Melanie too was headed for the door, and she looked all dolled up. Somebody had a date. Or maybe she’d taken up high-priced prostitution to get some cash, ”Somewhere else. Where are you going?” she shot back inquisitively, an eyebrow raising. Melanie scowled at her, but broke into a smile, ”Touché. Be smart. Remember DARE.” Mel winked and walked out the door. That was why Melanie was her favorite sibling sometimes. She was so relaxed and not one to pry. She minded her own business as long as everyone else returned the favor. Nobody was home now other than Paisely. The twins had somewhere to be, Saydie was off doing only God knows what, Analeigh and Noah were always on dates of some sort, Jacob had taken the three younger boys out for dinner, and her parents were on a date. Busy night. And just her luck too. If Jake had been anywhere in a ten mile radius, he probably would have tracked her down to that party or texted her every five minutes asking if she was doing okay. He was a good guy, and an even better brother, but he did get annoying as hell sometimes. She wasn’t a child, and she wasn’t stupid. Paisely knew her limits and typically didn’t attempt to pass them up. Plus, Jacob had been way worse in his wilder days. She was still in the toddler phase when compared. Pleased that her sister had let her off the hook, she trotted upstairs to finish getting ready. Freshman’s party down the street, and she was definitely going to hit it. Her hair had always been naturally curly and she’d never had a problem with it, so she left it as is. A golden and black dress was slipped onto her body that made everything about her look better; her legs longer, her skin more tan, and her frame slender. All in all, she felt confident with the way she looked. It wasn’t skanky, and not casual. It looked refined and elegant, hard evidence that she was one of the more wealthy upperclassmen of the school. That was what she went for. It should attract attention, but not from any bumbling drunk who was going to try and knock her up the first chance he got. Paisely wasn’t going to tolerate anything of that sort. The senior girl took a glimpse in the mirror and deemed herself worthy of being seen. She went back downstairs, turning off every light as she went except for the main living area. After looking at the clock, she decided it was time to head over. Fashionably late. Walking out the front door, she swiftly shut it behind her. She’d never been one for heels, so she was wearing Hercules style black sandals that made practically zero noise when she walked. Plus, being five ten was already tall enough, why would she want heels… just to be even more of a giant? No thanks. Locking the door behind her, she went over to her baby, her car. It was a cherry red BMW convertible. Did she really want to take it out, just to go down the street? Yes. Of course she did. She climbed in, leaving the top on, and started it up. It didn’t even take her ten minutes to get to the house, and it would have been and even more speedy arrival had she not been slowed down by the kids crossing the street from the pathetic roadside parking spots. She went and parked in the driveway. Hey, maybe it was rude, but it wasn’t like this kid wasn’t going to care. What freshman could drive, anyway? When she got out, she inhaled deeply. The entire atmosphere of a party scene had her excited. She hadn’t hit one in a while, well, not that she could remember at least. The attractive, well-know volleyball player made her way up to the wide open front door. The smell of alcohol was overwhelming when she came to the door’s frame, and she couldn’t help grinning. Paisely made her way in, weaving through all the dancing and mingling people. Half of them were wasted off there feet, and the other half were getting there. Great. She grabbed something out of a shot out of some guy’s hand that he was just staring at. Her hand went up to his cheek and she patted it lightly, ”Thanks, love,” she crooned seductively before downing it and sticking the empty glass back into his hand. Without a second glass, she was away, looking for something else to put into her system. She saw a large cooler, probably full of beer. It wasn’t her favorite, not in the least, but after a few swigs she’d get over it. The girl grabbed one and walked up to another random guy who had just opened his own, ”Open this for me, would ya dollface?” she smiled, raising her eyebrows. He did so, smiling back, but his face fell when she took the can and walked away. She could have opened it herself, but hey, why ruin her newly done nails? Paisely got it down quickly, surprised by how much she missed the bitterness of alcohol. It wasn’t like it tasted all that great, not to her, but it sure did make her feel amazing. She got another one but only sipped at it. She was already tipsy and ready to have some fun. Paisely danced through the crowd, moving her body with the ones around her, and then she saw somebody who looked extremely familiar. The girl was very pretty, and looked like she was maybe the same age or older. Clumsily, the senior made her way through the bodies and finally walked straight up to the girl, unabashed and with a strange expression on her face, like she was trying to solve a difficult puzzle, ”Hey, you,” she snapped to get the girl’s attention. She felt odd yelling at her, but it was only so the girl would be able to hear what she was saying, ”Do I know you?” she asked quickly, her eyebrows knitting together, ”My name is Paisely… Parker? Maybe you know one of my siblings?” she did have nine brothers and sisters after all. Familiar faces were something she ran into all the time recognizing the past friends, enemies, and acquaintances of her brothers and sisters. Wow...why had she come here. This was probably the most bori [ Tapping her foot lightly to the music she took a swig of Patron from the bottle. This was the lamest party ever. She could out drink all these people here. Over half of them were lower class men. The other half were puking, blacked out, or passed out. None of which she wanted to socialize with or be seen talking to...yuck.
Music came loudly from the stereo system sitting somewhere in the far living room area. A new song with a strong beat came on and Kiana grinned widely...she loved this song! Looking at the guys that stood around the house she scoped the place for a decent looking man to accompany her on the dance floor. Seeing a well muscled handsome man come out of the bathroom holding something like a plastic bagging in his hand she walked up to him.
She had assessed him from far away and once she got to him she realized she had mad a good choice. He had dark hair, dark skin, and also dressed well. Kiana could tell that he was obviously on her level, money wise anyway, maybe even a Valk kid like herself. She probably would have turned around and went back if he hadn't met her standards. But this one met if not exceeded her expectations for this party. Not that she expected to find anyone here that was decent enough to take home.
Once in front of him she put her hand on his chest to stop him from going forward, in her other hand she held the half empty bottle of Patron. "You are dancing with me" Kiana said in a demanding yet sexy tone grabbing the male by the collar of his shirt. She led him to the make shift dance floor where everyone seemed to be gathering. Turning towards him she winked sexily up to him, "Sorry babe. I needed someone to dance with. I hope you don't mind.
Kiana moved her hips to the music moving her hands over the guys torso and up his chest. Yeah, she was a little drunk...and feeling really frisky. She doubted that this guy just happened to be sober and hating every minute of Kiana touching him. Every man liked to be touched by a beautiful girl, right? Right. She continued moving her hands up his chest then over and down his well muscled arms. She grabbed his hands and put them on her waist, hoping he got the idea that it was o.k. for him to touch her. Looking up at him she gave him a huge smile.
As she danced she heard some girl over the loud music calling someone. At first Ki ignored it and continued dancing with the guy. It was probably just some drunk bitch not getting what she wanted. Hearing the irritating call and the snap to her like she was a dog she turned around quickly with an irritated look I am human! No need to... her voice trailed off seeing the girl. Holy shit!! Your Jacob Parker's little sister! Kiana let go of the guy and grabbed the girl in a hug. As she hugged her the liquor bottle sloshed around and she spilled some of it's contents on the floor. Not caring or noticing at all.
Holy shit! This is just sooooo weird! she said over the music letting go of the girl. Taking a drink off her bottle she smiled at the girl. This was just so strange. She hadn't seen anyone in the Parker family since god knows when. Thinking back she remembered dating Jacob and giggled a little shaking her head. How silly it was to try a long distance relationship with such an attractive boy...well, man now. Who was she kidding? She had loved that kid.... He was so sweet to her and made her feel like a Princess. Jacob Parker was probably the best boyfriend she had, ever. Even if they did only date for a few months.
Snapping back to reality she looked at Paisly I'm Kiana Bragstad. You probably remember me from dating you older brother Jacob a long time ago.... How is everyone in your family doing?! She was more than buzzed now, she was full fledged drunk and hoping she remembered all this tomorrow morning... Which was highly unlikely, but that was her fault. Kiana really wanted to sit down and talk with this girl, she was really interested in hearing about her family...or more so Jacob. She actually did miss him..
The room seemed to shake and move around, the music pounded into her ears like a drum... how annoying it was. She grabbed Paisleys hand and looked at the guy she had been dancing with I'll see you later babe she said with a sexy wink towards the more than likely confused boy. Kiana took the girl by the hand and let her towards the door grabbing a bottle of Jack off the counter as they went out the door. Once out the door she let go of the girls hand and searched for a place quiet to sit and talk. Spotting the pool she moved and sat by it taking her shoes off and dipping her feet in. Patting the place next to her she looked up at the girl Have a seat she smiled.
Sorry hon... It was really loud in there and if you don't mind her words slowly started to slur and her eyes got that glazed over look they got when she was getting really drunk. I would love to hear how the Parker family is doing now a daysShe smiled stupidly at Paisley waiting for her to say something to her. Kiana really hoped that everyone in the Parker family was doing well, she really missed all of them... Jacob she missed the most, the way he made her feel was the best.
But the past was the past. Her and Jake Parker had been a high school thing. They were both all grown up now and going their separate ways in life. Besides, he had probably moved on a long time ago. But still, she couldn't help but to wonder what he was up to.
