Bridget Ainsworth stood outside her huge house. Today was her seventeenth birthday and she was having a party the no one would forget. Everyone at the school was invited. It was going to be crazy! It was going to be the biggest bash of the year. No parents, just fun.

Its theme was Hawaiian. For the most part, the party was outside. There were tiki lamps and torches leading the way to the back of the house. Her yard was huge, about one and a half acres. There was a tiki hut/bar where you could get drinks. All the drinks were served in tiki cups with those little toothpick umbrellas. Any drink you could think of was there. There was alcoholic and non-alcoholic. On the other side of the yard was another tiki hut. You could get some food there. There was also two hot tubs towards the back of the yard. They were open just in case anyone wanted to use them. There was even a small fire.

The inside of the house was party-proof. All the vases and breakables were stored away now. All the rooms were available to use. There were tiki and Hawaiian stuff everywhere in the house. There were speakers inside and out playing music. It was loud, too. She pretty much had everything you could want or think of.

Bridget stood in her yard. The party was beginning and people were arriving. Bridget dressed right for this theme. She wore a coconut bra and hula skirt. Her hair was curled. She thought she looked pretty good. She was seventeen, today. Today was the best day of her life.

Nikki Malinda came to the party with a present in her hand. It wouldn't be that great. Afterall, Bridget had almost everything she wanted. What was the present? It was in a huge box. All it was though, was a card that lets you go to the clubs and not pay for anything. You could only do that 3 times though.

Nikki wore jeans with a hawaiian theme and her tank top had a picture of a Hawaiian hula girl. This party reminded her so much of the back to school one. It was the same theme-almost. So many people liked Hawaii and Tiki themed stuff. That's probably the reason why there were so many parties with it.

When Nikki came to the backyard. She looked for Bridget. Finally, she foun her. Nikki ran up to her and gave the present.
"Happy Birthday!!!" Nikki said.

[Logan Bishop]

The very first thing Logan McDair did as he exited the driver’s seat of his dark blue 06 mustang was make sure his hair still looked alright. So he was a little vain, not a crime, especially with girls. In his hands he held a small, blue velvet box, Bridget’s birthday present. He’d promised her something good, and he’d really gotten something good. Walking into the back yard, Logan smiled and looked around. The Hawaiian theme was awesome and he’d dressed for it. Dark blue swimming shorts with a white line up the side and a button up dark blue Hawaiian shirt with white flowers, though the top three buttons were not made up. Spotting Bridget, Logan walked over, a huge smile on his face.

“And here’s my next model! You look ravishing Miss Ainsworth.” Logan said smiling at Bridget and then smiling at Nikki too. She was a sports gal; he’d seen her play before. So they did have something in common, with basketball at least. Holding the box behind his back casually, he looked at the present Bridget already held.

Alexandra Bastian strode across Bridget's yard, light brown flip-flops on her feet. She strode gracefully, wearing a bikini top and a short denim skirt. "Hey, Bridge!" She called, running up to the girl, "I got you a gift." She smiled, handing over the gift:

"It took me ages to find your present. I hope you like it." She said with a polite smile.

She was about to walk away when she noticed Nikki, and she stopped.
"You know my brother, Antony, right?" She cocked her head to the side, looking the girl up and down.

Antony slowly walked past various houses, a box in his hand. He had gotten Bridget a diamond necklace. He couldn't think of a good present, so he just grabbed his Dad's credit card and bought the fist thing that said 'One Of A Kind'.

He was making his way to Bridget's house by foot, since he was only about a block away, and he was feeling kind of cold. He had chosen to wear a pair of navy blue board shorts, a pooka shell necklace, and a pair of white flip-flops. Nothing else. So, of course he was kind of cold walking around with the breeze against his bare torso.

He reached Bridget's house and entered, looking around for the birthday girl.[/color]

All of a sudden, more people came. They all had presents ready for Bridget. This was starting out to be a good party. At least people came right now. Nikki noticed Alex asking her a question. Of course she knew Antony! "Yeah," Nikki answered Alexandra,"He's my friends,"

Nikki Malinda was going to continue with a conversation, but something caught her eye.

Antony walked around the the back, a smile on his face, and walked over to one of the tables with drinks.

He grabbed a virgin drink and walked around, unable to find Bridget. "Where is the birthday girl?" He asked a random passerbyer, and they pointed at the little circle the people were standing in.

"Thanks!" He said, jogging up to Bridget and handing her the gift, "Happy birthday!" He said, smiling.

Alexandra nodded, and then Antony ran up. He gave Bridget a present and nodded at Alex, and she nodded back.

"So, Bridget, how does it feel to be seventeen?" She asked, stretching her lengthy body as the party began to grow.

"Good, I hope." She said with a smile, watching as the people grabbed their drinks and headed around. She excused herself and grabbed her own drink, hoping she wouldn't get too drunk tonight.[/color]

[Daphne Hayes]

Daphne had been there long before the guests had arrived. She was pleased to say that she helped with the drinks, food, decorations. The sun was already setting the the sky and she sat in one of the bar stools sipping a Bay Breeze. She had been ordering the bartenders that they were here to serve not attend. Something that hadn’t been doing.

She watched as some people came up to Bridget with presents. Daphne had already given Bridget her two-year Elle and Vogue. They were anyways, fashion magazines and Daphne had met Bridget as a freshman at their fashion design classes. So far, the party was low, but soon it would get raunchy and rowdy.

Like Bridget, Daphne too wore a hula skirt and coconut bra. Her brown hair cascaded down her bare back and shoulders. She wore little to no make-up. Clear gloss and mascara was fine with her. Taking another sip she got up. Her brown flip-flops flapping against the ground. No way was she not not going to wear sandals. By the nights end the backyard was going to look like a pit. No way was her bare feet stepping into unmentionables. She walked across the backyard still sipping her drink and walked past the hot tubs. It was a great idea that they had some hot tubs for everyone. Some kids asked for her to join but she declined. Not yet anyway. Under her skit though, she did have bikini bottoms, in case she did go in.

There was something missing, but she couldn’t put her finger on it. She tapped the side of her tiki cup. That’s right Music. She crossed the yard over to the DJ booth he was just about to in a CD. She looked at it. “Ah, no. No way am I listening to Jimmy Buffet.” she said and set her drink down on the table near the Cds and bent over, “I know this is Hawaiian-themed and all but honestly buddy. What the hell? Here.” she said and gave him The Beach Boys. OK, so it wasn’t a that much of a step-up but it wasn’t a step down, that’s for sure. “Play this while they arrive, then you can get some current stuff and remixes on. He put the cd on and she patted him on the shoulder, “Thanks.” [/size]

<sup>Kim gave a little sigh as she walked up the drive-way towards Bridget's house. A smirk was placed on her lips a moment after when she saw Bridget standing there in a similar out-fit to Kim's.
A pink, plastic hula skirt which Kim had she since was three was tied around her waist, not quite fitting all the way around, and black and white striped leggings were showing through at the back. Her hair was curled and a beautiful white flower was placed behind her ear.
Tied across her chest was her famous bright orange bikini top.
In her hand was a white rose and in the other Bridget's present - a cute little teddy bear with a beautiful red bow around it's neck.

Walking slowly up to Bridget, she smiled and greeted her with a "Happy Birthday girl!"</sup>

Kaiser looked around, he chewed on his bottom lip then shook his head. He shifted his stance slightly, switching the arm that he held the birthday present under. What was concealed in the box? Well, to be exact a penguin that looked similar to the one in the movie 'Happy Feet'. Of course it was a last minute thought. I mean, seriously, who wouldn't get the B-day girl a present?

Granted, it probably would've helped if he knew who she was so he knew what to look for. But, hey, everyone loves penguins, right? After looking around, he finally found where there seemed to be a group of presents and left his there. "So... What to do," he said scratching the back of his head uncomfortably.

Today, the teenager had worn a pair of dark green board shorts, a light sky-blue Hawaiian print, which was left unbutton revealing a white tank top, and finally a pair of black flip-flops. Sighing he sat down at one of the bars and ordered a random soda. He didn't care which kind, he just needed caffine.

For once though, Kaiser actually looked like he had gotten enough sleep, and he was actually awake and alert. Go sleeping in by two hours.

Bridget saw a lot of people at her party already. It just started awhile go and it was already full of people. She could see people dancing, people in the hot tub, drinking. It was already going strong.

She saw all the people come up to her. She loved being the center of attenion. She lived for it, and tonight everyone would be coming up to her. She is the starter of this great party. She had to give Daphne credit, too. Without her it wouldn't be like it was now.

She turned to Nikki first, "Thank!," she said opening the box to revel the card,"I love it!"

She turned to Logan next and a huge smile came across her face,"Thanks!"She struck a pose and acted like a model.

She saw Alex come up," Hey Alex!," she took the present and opened it," OH MY GOSH! I LOVE YOU! It also feels great!" Bridget hugged her right away. She loved her present.

She saw Anothy come up a few minutes later. She opened the present, she loved it right away. "It is beautiful! Thank you so much!" she hugged him, too," there must be something about your family thats makes you guys give such good presents."

"Hey babe!," she said giving Kim a hug, as she does to all her friends.

Tonight was going great so far. She wanted to keep it that way.

<sup>Kimberley smiled at everyone there. "Oh, Bridget! I almost forgot!" A laugh came from her lips and she handed the girl both the teddy and the rose. "The rose is from Mark. He says hi and sorry he's not going to be here until later."

Smiling still, she gave Bridget a quick hug and then said, "I'm going to go find Daph. I'll see ya later, okay?" With that, Kimberley turned around and scanned the backyard. Spotting her friend, a smirk spread over her face. Walking over quickly, she brushed some loose hair from her face.
"Why, hello. Long time, no see," the girl greeted Daphne, and then stood back and took in her apperance. "Well, well, well. You do clean up rather well," she joked and then gave Daphne a quick hug, like girls do to their friends.</sup>

[Logan Bishop]

Logan smiled as Bridget struck a pose. Yes, he had made a good choice in choosing her for his model. She just had something about her, something that made her obviously the best. Looking at the diamond necklace Antony gave Bridget though, Logan sighed. So, jewelry was a popular choice? Oh well, his wasn’t only diamonds. After all, birthstones are important too. And if he got it right, since Bridget was born in September, she was a sapphire.

“Hey Bridget, want to see my gift? The one I had to get so I could come?” Logan joked. He’d searched a long time to find this gift, even had it specially altered by a family friend. Taking the box from behind his back, Logan held it out to Bridget and opened it. Sitting in the blue box was a diamond bracelet with a charm hanging off of it. The charm was made of blue sapphires and formed a capital ‘B.’

[Daphne Hayes]

Daphne hopped down from the DJ booth and made her way across the backyard. "Kim!" she smiled. She gave her friend a quick hug. She laughed at the mention of her outfit. She posed, "I know, don't I?" she laughed and took another drink. Her eyes widened. "These drinks here, are to die for. You need to get one."

She grabbed Kim by the wrists and pulled her through the throng of people that past them. They landed at the bar. She smield sweetly, "She'll have what I have." The bartender tended to her a few minutes earlier so, he knew what she got. "So," Daphne said as the bartender got the drink, "Your cousin is quite the character. That is all the girls are talking about these days. All they new student teachers."[/size]

She took the present from Kim. She thought it was cute. "Thanks!" she said. Wow, she had been saying that a lot. She meant it every time, though. Everything was great so far, especially the presents."Bye," she said when Kimberly left.

She looked at the present Logan gave her. He hugged him and kissed he slightly on the cheek."I love it. It is beautiful! Sapphire, my birthstone. That is so sweet!" She smiled, she really appreciated it.
